Environment:
 To prepared compliance of applicable legal requirements of Environment, Health and Safety like
submission of monthly Water Cess, submission of Form 13 for Hazardous Waste manifest etc.
 Online preparation & submission of CFO/CFE, Form IV and Form V, Form 13 etc.
 Prepared sustainability reports for the KG Assets onshore gas terminal.
 Pollution Monitoring (Ambient Air Quality Monitoring, Stack monitoring, Noise Monitoring, Water
Quality Analysis such as pH, TSS, TDS, BOD, COD, Oil & Grease etc. from existing lab).
 Review and updating the Environment Management Plan for GSPC-KG Assets.
 To prepared the reports and maintained all Continuous Ambient Monitoring Station, Continuous
Stack Monitoring Station and Continuous Water Effluent Monitoring Station at plant site.
 Water Management & Distribution of water area wise. Efforts for water reduction & its usage, Solid
waste management.
 Responsible of Handling Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage treatment plant (STP).
 To prepare and responsibility of submission of Environmental Statement, six month compliances,
Consent for renewal, Water Cess and monthly report of Ambient, Stack, Noise and water quality at
APPCB.
 Handling statutory Compliance, EC (Monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual), annual return of
record maintain hazardous waste generation / cess / NOC / environmental statement reporting
system and legal liaison with SPCB, CPCB and MoEF.
 Developed Green Belt by different plant species inside the Onshore Gas terminal.
 Prepared sustainability reports and provide training for sustainable development inside the plant.
 To prepared and calculate carbon credits for the OGT (Onshore Gas Terminals).
Safety:
 Provided the trainings of management of Change (MOC) to all employees.
 Conduct and participate monthly safety committee meeting with safety committee members to solve
the issue related to EHS.
 Responsibilities of permit to work system (Hot work permit, Confined space entry permit etc.) at
GSPC onshore gas terminal.
 Review the permits, Job safety analysis, tool box talk approve for safe execution of job.
 Aware of Job safety Analysis (JSA), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Accident Investigation Root cause
analysis, Accident Analysis, LOTO (Log out Tag out System), Machine guarding etc.
 To prepared the Yearly & Monthly safety performance report, Mock drill reports, safety audits
reports etc.
 Prepare and conduct the different safety awareness training for all GSPC employees and contractors,
 Conduct the monthly safety review and quarterly safety committee meeting.
 Organize the safety events such as Safety week, Environment Day. Design, develop and conduct
safety and environmental training programs such as Zero Incident Safety Culture (ZIC).
 Aware of Handling the fire hydrant system and Fire Sprinkler system with working operation and
maintenance
 Responsible for the weekly, monthly & annually fire water network maintenance.
 Conducted the Mock drills of different scenario at our site.

Job Responsibilities
 To identify the major sources of Air, Water and Noise Pollution from different unit operations of
Cement making process.
 To analyze various Environmental components to measure the pollution potential of sources and to
mitigate their impacts on Environment by applying and adopting suitable techniques.

 Established two continuous ambient air quality monitoring station (CAAQMS) at JCGU site.
