Sr. Organizational Advancement Admin, that provides Organization Advancement (OA) support for the Timken
Aerospace Lebanon facility with a focus on communications, staffing, training, total rewards, HR data & record -
keeping. Assist in the development and participation in community/associate relations activities. As the Sr. OA
Admin I am the first point-of-contact for associate inquiries for a large manufacturing facility and am expected to
function with a high level of customer orientation and confidentiality. Current position requirements;
POSITIVE ASSOCIATE RELATIONS - Provide first-tier support to associate inquiries (walk-in, phone,
email) regarding general OA, benefits, and associate relations activities. Coordinate with OA generalists to
provide resolutions to more complex inquiries.
ASSOCIATE ENGAGEMENT - Play a lead role in organizing plant community support and activities. An
active member of the activities team represents OA and handling purchases,event planning, surveying
associates for feedback/input on activities, and generating new ideas for activities. Utilize all channels of
associate communication (Timken TV, email, SharePoint, bulletin boards,suggestion box) and explores
new and creative forms of communication.
TALENT ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT - Support a positive candidate experience during internal
and external recruiting efforts including job posting,resume/application screening, candidate
correspondence,interview scheduling, pre-employment testing,and work authorization compliance.
Support the onboarding process.Assist with the TMP process and with training initiatives.
OA SYSTEMS & PROCESSES - Employ Lean and continuous improvement concepts to recommend
enhancements to OA systems and processes,eliminating waste and adding value. Assist in the development
of standard work. Maintain personnelrecord-keeping to ensure compliance with regulations.Assist in HR
data & metrics maintenance. Develop knowledge of HR best practices.
ADMINISTRATIVE - Provide primary administrative support to OA leadership assisting with scheduling
travel, meetings, managing calendars. Provide general support to OA team and other team members as
needed.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS –Responsible for developing community outreach within local community.
Work with organization to help fund their campaign projects. Provide three levels of support; Plant
donation support,Timken Company Charitable and Educational Fund support and Timken Foundation of
Canton support.
