Human Resources Specialist & Office Manager
 Provided administrative and business support to the Regional Director and supported Sales
Managers and Recruiters.
 Negotiated favorable terms and pricing agreements with vendors, caterers and other providers for
services usually under budget saving the company money annually.
 Successfully managed on-boarding of all Calance consultants to include: drug and background
screens; verifying professional references via phone interview; constructing official offer letters
and extending offers to qualified candidates.
 Improved office efficiency by introducing time saving measures.
 Managed all Calance consultants from on-boarding through project completion to include: training
on internal candidate tracking system; initiating automated direct deposit of paychecks; project
