I chose to take on the task of waking up at 7:00am every day for a week because I believe it will be a
useful exercise for me as I move forward from my university career into the working world next year.
Realistically any job that I have will require me to wake up around this time so I believe it would be
beneficial to me to get into this habit sooner rather than later. As well, taking on this routine
throughout the rest of the school year will allow me to get more done throughout each day and
become more productive.
In addition, waking up at a consistent time each day will help me to implement a better morning
routine. A consistent morning routine sets the tone for the entire day, and will help me be more
focused during school or work.

rehabilitate. PTs and OTs may seem similar at a glance, but they have just as many differences. The
