• Currently since April 2008 posted at Patna as Regional In-charge,
Key Accounts (Bihar & Jharkhand). Looking after Institutional Sales in the
region.
• Responsibilities
• Controlling the sale & distribution of over 2,40,000 MT cement p.a through
all major dumps of Bihar & Jharkhand
• Serving major ongoing Steel, Power and Road projects in the region.
• While providing efficient customer service we maintain proper product mix
of various grades of cement at all the service depot in order to minimise
customers inventory cost as well have to keep our Total Logistic Cost (TLC)
at minimum.
• Managing the turnover of over Rs. 100 Crore in BH & JH. Company’s Net
realization have also been increased by Rs. 15/- pb in ’11-12 against ’10-11.
• Addition of 15 new project sites in Bihar and Jharkhand during 2011-12.
• Sale of blended cement contributes 59% in Jharkhand and 13% in Bihar
while 38% in the total sale of BH & JH.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
• Managing the average monthly sale volume of 18,200 MT of Aditya Birla
Groups (ABG) brand in Midnapore Distt. under Network selling and were
holding the market share of 36%.
• .Optimum capacity utalisation of company’s grinding unit at Kharagpur with
capacity of 20 TPH and achieved the dispatch level of 12,000 MT from the
cited unit per month and maximize dispatches within Midnapore Distt., in
order to keep the low Total Logistic Cost (TLC).
• Managing and coordinating the 10 subordinate team members under sales,
MIS, Accounts and Technical services under the depot and dealer’s network
of over 135 No and 350 retailers.

Major Achievements:
• In F.Y 2007-08 the sale of 18,200 MT in Midnapore Distt. had registered
an increase of 13.75% against annual average sale of 16,000 in 2006-07.
• In 2006-07 the monthly average sale registered growth of 10% in y-o-y
basis and registered the average monthly sale of 11,500 MT of UltraTech
Cement.
• For the sale performance in F.Y 2005-06 received the ‘Best Sales Officer’
award and got promotions for the performance in 2006. Received second
consecutive promotion for the sale performance for F.Y 2006-07 and third
promotion for the year 2008-09. Brand has been repositioned among top 3
brands in terms of brand equity and price premium.
13. Jaypee Cement Ltd (1996-2004)
• During stint in W.B & Sikkim (2002-2004) undertaken
launching and expanding the JP Cement reach at
Siliguri, Malda, Asansol and Kolkata.
• During stint in Nepal (1999-2002) successfully
undertaken Brand extension and conversion of OPC 43
& 53 Gr. cement in to blended cement and undertaken
launching in various regions of Nepal.
• Successfully placed modified blended cement brands in
Nepal as premium selling brand as “Buland-55MPa” &
“Buniyaad-45MPa” in Nepal. Also participated in
launching of JP -Tiger during 1996-97.
• During 1996-1999 been posted at JP Nagar
(Rewa), Jabalpur, Waidhan & Anpara (U.P) under
various warehouses.
