Summary
With the exposure from all the countries in Far South and Far East region, I have to learned
international market sentiments, able to identify the prospects and analyzed the market situation
of each country.
I am able to employ the S.W.O.T analysis on each market. Through these experiences I believe
the most effective way to bring a product in to the market is not only working closely with the
top management of the local company but to engage and empower the sales team.
During my tenure working in dental world I have developed skills to engage and empower the
sales representatives to sell our product even though they have wide portfolio of products. This
can be achieved by providing training and good interpersonal skills.
With great responsibilities given through the years, I was exposed to all levels of users from all
segments from private practitioners, lecturers, deans and specialists from government’s hospitals
and Ministry of Health and also dental associations in the countries. These experiences enabled
me to understand how to make business deal in different way in different field.
Working closely with more than 25 local dental companies are another added advantages, I am
able to communicate well to them in numbers, targets and number of sales call, great ability to
provide product training and sales call plan. Well experience in marketing strategies for new and
also existing product.
I am a good team player, have proven my ability to work with minimum supervision and able to
deliver results. I am an optimistic and persistent person and possess excellent inter-personal skill
