corporate.
Filled out critical and hard-to-fill positions for different store-branches in Luzon,
revolving around Supermarket, Department store selling personnel to back office
positions such as but no limited to IT, Accounting, Warehouse, Property and
Supplies and Data Integrity.
Promoted as Talent Acquisition Officer from Jr. HR Assistant after 10 months.
Assigned as Deputized Auditor on 2013 Annual Inventory

2. Aside from being the POC for Talent Acquisition, managed to contribute
significantly at Employee Engagement activities for Manila Corporate Office such
as but not limited to organizing parties, scouting for accredited hotels for venue
and employee accommodation, budgeting and implementation.

such as in Human Resources, Supply Chain, Marketing, Internal Audit and

Manages new store set-up and manpower hiring by creating linkage between
MRSGI and the local government labor team for Job fairs and Local Recruitment
Activities until the store if fully operational.
