of energy and enjoy different activities.

of water.

16. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

17. Eat food with lots of fats or sugar
only on special ocassions.

18. HYGIENE

20. Brush your teeth after meals.

21. Wash your hands before you eat.

22. and after you use the toilet or touch
an animal.

23. PREVENT DISEASES

24. Cover your mouth when you cough
or sneeze.

25. Clean cuts and grazes.

26. Use flip-flops at swimming pools.

27. Visit the doctor and dentist regularly.

28. USE FREE TIME WISELY

29. Don’t watch TV or play videogames
for hours.

30. Do different activities.

friends.
