EVERYONE WANTS TO EAT DELICIOUS FOOD AND ENJOY THE TASTE
OF LIFE. BUT WE MUST TO FOCUS ON THE QUALITY OF MEAL.
Healthy foods is a food beneficial for health in terms of
nutrition and it also fits your body. Healthy food may be
considered as organic food, whole foods and natural food.
Unhealthy foods is the less nutritional food containing
high amount of calories, fat and sugar.
This type of food is high in protein although body
needs protein but in a particular amount.
Sugary drinks
Added sugar is one of the worst
ingredients in the modern diet. When
consumed in large amounts, sugar can
drive insulin resistance and is strongly
linked to non-alcoholic fatty liver
disease. It’s also associated with various
serious conditions, including type 2
diabetes and heart disease.
Alternatives
Drink water, soda water, coffee, or tea instead. Adding a slice of
lemon to water or soda water can provide a burst of flavor.
White bread
They’re made from refined wheat,
which is low in fiber and essential
nutrients and may lead to rapid
spikes in blood sugar.
Alternatives
For people who can
tolerate gluten, Ezekiel
bread is an excellent
choice. Whole-grain
bread is also healthier
than white bread.
Most of the people do not eat nutritional foods just because of
not feeling its yummy taste. But if we eat only healthy food
we feeling good.
Healthy food is much better than junk food
because it provides calories and nutrition
which makes your immune system strong.

  • 2. EVERYONE WANTS TO EAT DELICIOUS FOOD AND ENJOY THE TASTE OF LIFE. BUT WE MUST TO FOCUS ON THE QUALITY OF MEAL.
  • 3. Healthy foods is a food beneficial for health in terms of nutrition and it also fits your body. Healthy food may be considered as organic food, whole foods and natural food.
  • 4. Unhealthy foods is the less nutritional food containing high amount of calories, fat and sugar. This type of food is high in protein although body needs protein but in a particular amount.
  • 5. Sugary drinks Added sugar is one of the worst ingredients in the modern diet. When consumed in large amounts, sugar can drive insulin resistance and is strongly linked to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It’s also associated with various serious conditions, including type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
  • 6. Alternatives Drink water, soda water, coffee, or tea instead. Adding a slice of lemon to water or soda water can provide a burst of flavor.
  • 7. White bread They’re made from refined wheat, which is low in fiber and essential nutrients and may lead to rapid spikes in blood sugar. Alternatives For people who can tolerate gluten, Ezekiel bread is an excellent choice. Whole-grain bread is also healthier than white bread.
  • 8. Most of the people do not eat nutritional foods just because of not feeling its yummy taste. But if we eat only healthy food we feeling good.
  • 9. Healthy food is much better than junk food because it provides calories and nutrition which makes your immune system strong.
