• I really see no problem with junk food. Whatever we eat - it should
be limited. Not less not more(well, it wouldn't matter we had junk
food in little quantities or none at all).
• And with the limited eating, we need to have some physical work so
as to burn calories, improve blood circulation/oxygenation and
physical fitness.
• Personally, I cannot have any food in excess amounts, even if it's
something I love, I have it in little quantities frequently.. because
my tummy gets upset with me if I go against it. :( ...plus, I get bored
and satisfied way too easily. And, I have been used to junk food(not
