  • 5. what topics would you like us to explore in more depth? ‘ I thought it might be too technical for Twitter newbies like me but it was all very accessible and helpful’

Integrating online and offline media activity? Managing Twitter – how much time and effort? Twitter etiquette? How can we support each other after the event? How do you engage volunteers through Twitter? How to ensure tweets are not missed or ignored? Measuring impact? Benchmarking?

  • 9. how can we improve dialogue between those participating online and those attending in person? Encourage people to attend online – not in person? Live video feeds? Question and answer session? Q’s from online. Connect on Skype to have live chats? NFPtweetup official Twitter ‘scribe’? Online audience interaction? ‘ Would be good to get the online audience more involved even if it is only asking for questions which then get answered by the group and shared (and vice versa)’
