Introduction:
In this review, three different analysis techniques will be discussed, including
Structured What If Technique (SWIFT), Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic
Analysis (FMEDA) and Technique for Human Error rate Prediction (THERP). Each
of them will be discussed in three aspects (concept, suitable situations and
application).

Concept of SWIFT:
As a technique of risk identification, SWIFT is flexible and focus on high level. It
can be run alone, or as a portion of a staged method to achieve more efficient use of
bottom up methods like FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) [1].
By concentrating on high level procedures, SWIFT can often be conducted more
rapidly than more detail oriented approaches. In fact, an industrial case showed
that a SWIFT risk assessment could be conducted in as little as one third of the
time required for a HAZOP (Hazard and Operability study) based approach [1], a
result that was replicated in a study comparing SWIFT to HFMEA (Healthcare

Pope Francis s encyclical on climate change has caused major discussions throughout
the world and many religious leaders have chosen to follow his teaching. Archbishop
Thomas Gerard Wenski, a native to Florida, is one of the religious leaders following
Pope Francis and starting a movement throughout South Florida by sermons and
teachings.
Born to a Polish immigrant family in West Palm Beach, Archbishop Wenski has been
apart of the South Florida community for 64 years. He studied at several different
schools such as St. John Vianney Minor Seminary, St. Vincent de Paul Major
Seminary, Boynton Beach Seminary, and Fordham University, earning a Bachelor s

Archbishop Wenski then initiated a relief operation to the church after Hurricane
Lily and sent over 150,000 pounds of food for people left homeless. Similar efforts
were conducted towards Haiti and other Hispanic countries years later. He assisted on
various boards for Catholic hospices, charities and universities along with his duties
to the Archdiocese of Miami throughout the years. Pope Benedict XVI appointed
Wenski as the fourth Archbishop of Miami in April 20th, 2010 and was installed on
June 1st, 2010.
The Archbishop has been influential in his Catholic teachings for the Haitian and
Hispanic communities and is now following Pope Francis s recent encyclical on
climate change to better the community throughout the summer. The main focus of
the encyclical is the detrimental effects of climate change and an inducement of the
people, not only of the Catholic faith but also for those of all faiths, to have a moral
responsibility towards God s creation: Earth.

All of the case studies are concerned with the Law of Contract, specifically the
formation of a contract and the differences between an invitation to treat and a
contract. We will investigate each consumers s specific contract or lack thereof

The area of Law concerned in this case is The Law of Contract specifically relating to
the revocation of an offer and counter offers. The case Wolf and Wolf vs Forfar
Potato Co Ltd (1984) directly links to the case between Bruce and Ken. As Bruce
is once again dealing with the Law of Contract specifically the non acceptance of an
offer, he is under no legal obligation to sell Ken the rare vinyl at the original price of
