Multi Paragraph Essay
Crafting an essay on the topic of a "Multi Paragraph Essay" may seem paradoxically challenging.
The difficulty lies not in the complexity of the subject matter itself, but rather in the nuanced art
of structuring and expressing thoughts coherently across multiple paragraphs. The task demands
more than just assembling a sequence of words; it necessitates a meticulous arrangement of
ideas, a coherent flow of arguments, and a seamless transition between paragraphs.
Firstly, defining a clear and concise thesis statement is crucial. It requires a deep understanding
of the topic and the ability to articulate a central argument that sets the tone for the entire essay.
This initial step can be challenging as it requires a synthesis of one's thoughts and a clear
roadmap for the subsequent paragraphs.
Developing and organizing supporting points further adds to the complexity. Each paragraph
should be a cohesive unit, contributing to the overall narrative while maintaining logical
progression. Achieving this balance demands a keen awareness of the relationships between ideas
and a mastery of the art of transitions.
Moreover, ensuring that each paragraph has a distinct focus while contributing to the
overarching theme requires a delicate touch. A harmonious blend of analysis, evidence, and
commentary is necessary to avoid a disjointed essay. Crafting smooth transitions between
paragraphs is an art in itself, demanding a thorough understanding of the topic's intricacies.
Additionally, the task involves honing one's writing skills to maintain clarity, coherence, and
conciseness. Striking the right balance between depth of analysis and accessibility to the reader is
an ongoing challenge, requiring constant refinement.
In conclusion, writing an essay on the topic of a "Multi Paragraph Essay" is an intricate process
that goes beyond the surface-level complexity of the subject matter. It demands a deep
understanding of the topic, meticulous organization of thoughts, and a refined ability to express
ideas coherently across multiple paragraphs. While the challenge may seem daunting, mastering
this skill is essential for effective communication in academic and professional settings.

Sublime In Romantic Poetry
Romantic Poetry
Introduction
Romantic poetry tends to embrace certain particular themes, and one of the main
themes found in romantic poetry is the sublime (addressing male themes of reason,
strength, and fortitude ); another main theme is the feminine, which tends to
represent beauty and domesticity. This paper explores the theme of the sublime,
which has been employed effectively and creatively by both male and female poets.
The Sublime in Romantic Poetry
Scholars know that not all worthy romantic poetry has been created by males,
writes Christopher John Murray in his book the Encyclopedia of the Romantic Era,
1760 1850. And although the most well known romantic poets happen to be British
males like Coleridge and Wordsworth, for example there were notable female poets
who also used the sublime (also referred to as masculine ) theme and who were
brilliant at their artistry albeit in the shadows of the male poets who got more
attention.
One of those female poets of note was Helen Maria Williams (1761 1827). She
wrote poetry from the romantic genre about the horrors of the slave trade, she wrote
about the Spanish colonialism in native people in South America, and she wrote
about the French Revolution. In fact Napoleon had her arrested in 1802 for her poem
Ode on the Peace of Amiens. Her poem, A Song, embraces the sublime / masculine
theme.

Six Arguments For The Existence Of God
Two weeks ago we discussed about Existence of God in our class. We had an
argument about God and religion. Six arguments for the Existence of God , one
argument for The rationality of belief in God , and one argument Against the reality
of religion . I didn t like this topic and the concept of this topic at all. Because God
and religionstuffs are entirely personal issue. It depends on the person either he/she
will belief God, follow the religion or not. Even though both believers and
nonbelievers, doubt that God existences can be revealed or even argued about. I m
strongly disagree with that whereas belief, religion, worship, God is so personal, it s
become a controversial topic. Rational, formal and logical argument do have a place

Although it s not a topic of argument but still if someone tells me that I can t argue
for the existence of God, I will tell them I can. If someone tells me I can t prove that
God exist, I will tell them I can. If someone tells me religion isn t real then I will
honestly tell them they need some guidance in life. However, if they are perfectly
content with the way they are then I will just have to congratulate them and stay
quiet. I ve always said, science can take you so far, the rest is up to God. I m not
here to preach that my religion is better than any other and that I am one hundred
percent correct but this is why I believe in Islam. Existence of God has similarity
with the topic What reality is , because we really don t know Does the God exists
or not, it s like maybe there is some actually nothing or maybe we don t know. But
think about that there are million billon building in the whole world and someone
created them, like that someone exists who created the whole world and manage

The Price Of Stock Change
STOCK CHANGE
Share prices change because of supply and demand; if more people want to buy a
stock (demand) than sell it (supply), then the price moves up. Conversely, if more
people wanted to sell a stock than buy it, there would be greater supply than demand,
and the price would fall.
You can rarely be certain why share prices rise and fall. The simple answer for a
rise in price is more buyers than sellers and a fall in price is because there are more
sellers than buyers . But there is more to it than this. What causes there to be more
buyers than sellers and vice versa? There are many factors that can influence the
price at which buyers and sellers are willing to exchange shares. Some factors might
be related specifically to a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Blown In Insulation Research Paper
Blown In Insulation May Be The Solution For Staying Warmer In The Winter
If it seems like your power bill is higher in the winter than it used to be, it might be
because you need to add insulation to your attic. Insulation can compress over time,
or it can get wet from attic leaks and cease to work like it should. Adding insulation
could improve the energy efficiency in your home and that in turn will reduce your
power bill. While you can choose from a few different types of insulation to add,
blown in insulation is often the best option. Here are a few things to know.
Apply It Over Existing Insulation
As long as your current insulation is not wet or moldy, you can have new insulation
blown in over top of it. This will save you from the labor of pulling up old insulation
that could release fiberglass, mouse droppings, or other dangers into the air that might
circulate through your home. However, if you need to pull out the existing insulation,
you will be ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Fiberglass is one option. It can be blown into your attic, but there is the risk that tiny
bits of fiberglass will become airborne and float through your home. For that reason,
the contractor might install a netting system over the fiberglass to hold it in place.
The advantage of using blown in fiberglass over batts is that the blow in variety is
able to settle itself evenly over the floor of your attic, and isn t confined to the shape
of the batts that might leave small gaps uninsulated.
Cellulose is the more common type of blown in insulation. It is made from recycled
paper and cardboard that is treated to be fire retardant. It is heavier than fiberglass,
so it stays put once it is blown in. Although it is heavy, it is manufactured to be fluffy.
This allows for air circulation that prevents mold. Plus, the trapping of air pockets
improves insulating
Human Gut Microbiomes
The area of human gut microbiomics is rather new, but it represents the largest
amount of DNA in the human body. Numerous studies are still underway and
specifically, in regards to the neonatal gut, it is still unclear how certain bacteria
would promote or help prevent the apparition of disease. (1) The study of the human
microbiome has advanced at great strides thanks to the development of massive
genomic sequencing techniques that allow for the analysis of complex microbiomes
in a relatively short time. The fetal and neonatal microbiome is thought to be
implicated in the development of chronic medical conditions in adulthood like
obesity or inflammatory bowel disease. The premature gut is subjected to insults
since birth and the microbiota that colonizes it is quite abnormal compared to the
term neonatal gut. (2, 3, 4)... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This gene has a short sequence and highly conserved among hundreds of bacterial
species. A PCR based method generates amplicons (a piece of DNA or RNA that is
the source and/or product of natural or artificial amplification or replication events)
that can only be separated using temperature (TGGE) or a chemical denaturant
gradient (DGGE). Another method involves targeting the 16S rRNA sequences by
FISH in a direct manner, without lab cultivation. However, this requires the need for
previous knowing the sequence of interest. In shotgun sequencing, DNA is randomly
broken up into small segments which are then sequenced to obtain reads which are
then fragmented and sequenced multiple times to be assembled by computer
software. Next generation sequencing produce shorter reads but many thousands or
millions in a short time but at a more computing expense.
The Amazon. Com
Amazon.com is widely regarded as the first significantly successful enterprise to sell
traditional consumer goods over the Internet and the epitome of retail electronic
commerce. According to analyst Lauren Cooks Levitan, when you think of
Web shopping, you think of Amazon.com first.
Customers shop by visiting www.Amazon.com, a World Wide Web site where they
can search among more than 3 million book titles and purchase ones they like by
entering a shipping address, credit card number, and other information. After the first
purchase, the customer s shipping and credit card information are stored securely in
Amazon.com s information system. The next time, it only takes a single mouse click
to complete an order. Amazon.com makes it very easy to buy a book on line.
Making the customer s on line experience warm and pleasant is a key
Amazon.com strategy. The site retains information on each customer and even uses
an information technology called collaborative filtering to recommend books based
on the past purchases of buyers with similar histories. In addition to the
personalization afforded each shopper, the site allows readers to post their own
reviews of books, offers profiles of authors, and includes staff recommendations. The
result has been a perception among customers that they share a relationship with the
company one they value so highly that in February, 1999, when it was revealed
Amazon.com accepted payment from publishers to have books placed on

Social Norms In Sociology
To start, I will discuss what social norms are. Societal norms are both unwritten
informal rules that are accepted by people and written formal rules that are strictly
enforced laws, of how people should carry themselves (Keirns, et al., 2016). Social
norms are part of the socialization process. The socialization process is the way
people learn the norms and beliefs of our society to fit in (Keirns, et al., 2016,
n.p.). Some examples of social norms are looking into the eyes of the person you are
speaking with, using silverware instead of your hands when eating, and saying
excuse me when you belch in front of someone. Societal norms give myself and
people guidelines of how to carry themselves in different situations. More importantly,

Gender role is described as the perception the society has on how males and
females should carry themselves in terms of appearance and behaviors. Some
examples of perceptions the society has on women in the home are, they need to
know how to cook, take care of the children, and manage the house. I applied this
sociological concept because I see the perception evident in my log. During my
husband absence, I manage the house by making sure my daughter made it to
school, the house stayed clean and provided my children meals. When my husband
is home, and I am at work, he is usually taking on my role until I get back. When I
do get back home from work, my husband basically expects me to perform the
gender role of a woman in the house. Sociologists Schieman and Taylor (2001)
studies stated women s role in the society are traditionally revolved around tasked
that are household related. They also stated that in the society, men and women are
expected to have different responsibilities within the home. Women s central role is
often linked to family, even while involved in the workforce, men s core role often
tends to be associated with paid employment (Schieman Taylor, 2001, p. 473). This
verifies that the examples I stated earlier about the perception the society has on the
gender role of women are
Importance Of Dog Parks
Dog parks should be built in cities! Lets take a second to think about this... If there
are no dog parks in cities they are either trapped in the house and/or connected to a

If that were to happen a couple times the state can take your dog or put them down.
If you take your dog to the dog park they can bark and run all they want and hey,
dogs do get along too. By the time you leave the dog park, your dog will be tired
and won t even want to bark unless they have a reason to, and the more you bring
your dog around others the more friendly it will be with other dogs. Wouldn t you
want your dog to be able to run around legally without having a chance of it getting
hit by a car like the post says..? It would also prevent pet owners from illegally
letting their dogs loose to exercise in empty lots and city parks. In a city, dogs
running free can injure people or get hit by cars. Sometimes I take my dog to the
dog park and I dont even live in the city I have a big backyard but I just like seeing
my dog happy and every other dog owner should too... Every dog can be trained no
matter what anyone says. All it takes is a good owner and for the dog to be trained
properly. Every dog I ever had listened to me right away and does what I want them
to do cause I treat my dog like part of the family. Locking them in a cage or putting
them on a leash and not letting them run around and play is not treating them like the
family it s treating them like a slave... Dogs have hearts and feelings
Placebo Effect Essay
Placebos in Medicine Placebo Effect in Surgery for MГ©niГЁre s Disease
1. What was the rationale for doing the study?
Torok, an author to another study regarding MГ©niГЁre s Disease, reviewed 834
articles pertaining to MГ©niГЁre s Disease between 1951 and 1975. He found that
advocates of either medical or surgical treatments claimed success in 60% to 80% of
patients. Because there are so many different therapies deemed successful, Torok
believed that the placebo effect might be a common factor to all of those treatments.
The goal of any treatment of MГ©niГЁre s Disease is alleviation of vertiginous
attacks as well as removing the fear of getting these attacks. Because the basic cause
of this disease is basically unknown, there is no proof that medical, physical, or
surgical treatment has the most symptomatic effect over the other. The authors of this
study are attempting to prove that the placebo effect is a common factor in
treatments for MГ©niГЁre s Disease, specifically surgery.

Beowulf as Christian Propaganda
The literary work of Beowulf is believed, by many, to contain numerous attributes of
Christian propaganda. Throughout the story of Beowulf, there are several
circumstances and coincidences that distinctly relate to the Christian belief system.
One can only imagine that these ideas of Christian propaganda; which include the use
of Christianthemes and beliefs in works of literary art, were strategically placed
throughout the story of Beowulf to help the conversion from the old world pagan
religious belief system to the Christian beliefs of the new world. Historians believe
that Beowulf was written sometime in the eighth century in England. This fact is
important because during this era, society was in the process of converting from...

While Beowulf may represent Christ in this part of the story, it can be viewed that
Grendel represents the devil. The battle between Beowulf and Grendel can
represent the Christian theme of good versus evil. To make the connection even
more solid, Grendel is referred to as a descendant of Cain, whom Satan tricks into
sinning and committing the first murder in the human world. Grendel represents
the image of a man fallen from grace through sin. Like Satan who is jealous of the
happiness and joy that Adam and Eve have in the Garden of Eden, Grendel is
jealous of the happiness and joy in Heorot. Grendel, as with Satan, is a rival of
God and poses a great challenge to Beowulf, just as evil poses a challenge to
Christians. Another connection that Grendel shares with the devil is his dwelling.
Grendel lives in an underworld just as Satan lives in hell. Grendel is referred to in
the poem as the guardian of sins . These small hints of the Christian culture to come
are a way of slowly introducing the Christian beliefs to the common people, and
perhaps getting them ready for the introduction of the stories of Jesus and his
teachings. This way, they have something to relate the stories of Jesus to, and the
ideas of Jesus are not so new and shocking. Perhaps the strongest relation to
Christianity in Beowulf is in the last battle scene of the story. The dragon is Beowulf
s last and most intriguing battle. The dragon can be viewed as
Comparison of Two Films About King Arthur Essay
Few works of literature or legend are as varied as that of King Arthur and his round

Arthurian Literature is Sir Thomas Malory s Le Morte d Arthur. Morte d Arthur is a

Whoever wields the sword, wields England. It is a symbol of the King s union with

In the film, the sword is first given to Uther, who then becomes King. Besides for
this, the story of Uther and Igraine is straight out of Malory. Uther starts a war with
the Duke of Cornwall because Uther so openly desires Cornwall s wife, Igraine.
Merlin agrees to give Uther the semblance of Cornwall so Uther can sleep with

When Uther comes into the room where Morganna and Igraine are, Morganna

Great Expectations By Charles Dicken
In Charles Dicken s novel Great Expectations there is a wide diverse cast of
characters who play different significant roles that affect the character
development of Pip. One of the unsung heroes throughout the book, that s role can
be often overlooked is Herbert Pocket. At first glance, it can seem as if Herbert
does not have as much of an influence on Pip as he tends to blend into the
background, along with the fact that at different points can compare to other minor
characters that only show up when they are needed to help move the plot along.
Herbert stands out from this crowd due to different factors in his relationship with
Pip, and how this association allows him to be able to affect and help mold Pip s
character. This close bond began with Pip s first experience with how a gentleman
would react in different circumstances that he uses as an expectation as he takes the
path to become a gentleman himself. On this path to becoming a gentleman Pip
confides in Herbert many times, and seeks his advice that ultimately directs Pip s
decision on whatever topic he went to Herbert asking for help on. Herbert never
fails to come to Pip s aid, proving his trustworthiness, always doing so with a cheery
attitude that Pip later reflects upon how it influence over him and others as well.
This further engraves the trust and friendship that Pip and Herbert share, Herbert
being there to provide Pip with a family type of love between Pip s different father
figures he is presented with. It
Red Dog Film Techniques
Red Dog an Aussie dramacomedy film released in 2011, tells the true story of a red
stray kelpie dog that existed in Western Australia during the 1970s. Set in a working
mine, the Pilbara Wanderer was known for his hitchhiking , travelling around the
globe from person to person, perusing great loyalty, adopting people and bringing the
community together. This classic Aussie movie has shown the loyalty of dogs and
the sense of community spirit.
Red Dog seems to be the typical Aussie lighthearted drama film, set in the outback of
Australia, where all roads lead to the pub and in this movie quite literally. From the
beginning to the end, there is a selection of typical Aussie style music, such as the
classic Eagle Rock . There is also themes of loyalty and mate ship between a man and
his dog, which is common in the typical Australian outback lifestyles.
The acting was authentic and original to the era, there was definitely a sense of
Australian humor amongst it. Everyone had really set into their characters, but still
no one compares to Red Dog his facial expressions elevated him up from being a dog
to a true Aussie character.
Aside from Red Dog being a favourite character of mine, I must say that Vanno...

Music is also used to set every mood and situation in the film most being upbeat
and happy. Camera shots were mostly long and high angle at the beginning of the
film, to show the scene, but as the movie progressed they became shorter and more
subjective. The male characters also play a big role in creating a stereotype Aussie
by again the way they dress, how they talk, and the alcohol. Peeto seems to fit the
package of the stereotypical Australian male. He wears extremely high shorts,
singlets, and boots like most. He drinks a ton of beer and alcohol and has a pretty
strong accent to accompany. After all he charged at two
The Effects Of Chemical Treatments On The Life Of The
Timber
For centuries wood has been utilised by many great civilisations. With its natural
form, it is vulnerable to decay and degradation over time. Wood preservation has
become more and more important over the years because of the efforts to grow
timber more rapidly and convert it more economically have likely reduced the
durability of the end product (Ridout, 2000).
When placed in the ground, untreated Radiata Pine sapwood will completely fail
from decay within 2 3 years. This of course is depending on its cross sectional
dimensions. In above ground situations however, the average life varies a lot,
dependant on exposure, but poses a serious issue that many in the past have noted.
On the contrary, the development of chemical treatments greatly increased the life of
the timber. The expected service life of CCA (Copper Chromate Arsenic) treated
sapwood is 20 50 years, depending on end use and exposure conditions.
Manufacturers who supply the timber, guarantee CCA treated wood from insect
attack and fungal decay for 50 years when prepared, treated and used in accordance
with New Zealand standards. (Read, 2003). Other major treatments have been
developed but none have compared to CCA treated timbers worldwide sales and
success.
Pre treatment is not a new concept, and has been practiced for centuries, is used to
prevent rot and insects for sapwood. A majority of pre treatment experimentation was
adapted by problems in the Navy, and various experiments were carried out with the

Comparing The Works Of Genji And Lady Akashi
In the Tale of Genji, there are various poems that make an appearance, each holding
a special meaning for the creator and the recipient. The waka poetry pervades the life
of the Heian Court, revealing the character s personality, illuminating their thoughts,
and expressing the love and desires they have. Thus giving us, the readers a
clarification of the relationships and progression of the characters. To answer the
prompt of who would I date based on the poetry, I would say that there is no one in
particular I would date. Not because their poetry wasn t romantic or didn t provoke
a dialogue, but rather because if the character was alive today, I think, it wouldn t
necessarily have the same effect as it did during the Heian period. I do enjoy... Show

If clouds or smoke in this case has an action attached or shows movement, then it
could also symbolize the passing or separation of these lovers. This meaning can be
seen in the poem above; thus reminding Genji of his lovers, whether they are alive or
dead.
The usage of poetry to express a characters interest or their feelings can cause a well
of emotions from the readers, possibly because of past experiences or because the
situation the character was in is relatable. I can t speak for others, but some of the
poems present in the Tale of Genji, and the situation that brought upon that poem, I
can relate to and understand why the character felt that way.
To quote the poet Robert Frost, poetry ...is a reaching out toward expression; an effort
to find fulfillment. A complete poem is one where an emotionhas found its thought
and the thought has found the words. It is difficult to put feelings into words,
because someone else might not share the same feelings, so, once we know the words
to use the emotions transform into words that we can then convey to
Using Compact And High Performance Wireless
Communication...
Chapter 1
Introduction
The patch antenna plays a very important role in today s world of wireless
communication systems .There is always a large demand for high performance ,small
size and low cost wireless communication systems .in order to get these requirements
,planar patch antenna is preferred because of their various advantages such as light
weight ,low volume ,low cost and ease for fabrication .although the microstrip patch
antenna has various advantages it has various disadvantages which are low gain
,narrow bandwidth and low efficiency .These disadvantages can be overcome by
constructing many patch antennas in array configuration. Recently there has been
increasing demand in the use of DGSs for performance enhancement of microstrip
patch antennas and planar array antennas .there are basically two types of structures
which are used for the design of compact and high performance wireless
communication systems named as defected ground structures (DGS) and
electromagnetic band gap structures (EBG) which is also known as photonic band
gap structure(PBG). These structures have been used to obtain the functions such as
unwanted frequency rejection and circuit size reduction. Recently defected ground
structures have been introduced; DGSs are realized by simply etching off simple
shape (called as defect) from the ground plane .Depending upon the shape and the
dimensions of the defects ,the current distribution in the ground plane is disturbed
and resulting in a controlled
Dramatic Elements In Aunt Raini
In this theatrical production Aunt Raini, directed by the playwright Tom Smith and
produced by Pacific Lutheran University, has successfully perform theatrical elements
within different perspective of the performance, while the performance has connected
and integrated the content based from the script stories. For instance, from a stage
production perspective, the constructing style of the scenes, walls, flats or hand props
and the accurate placement of stage properties on stage has specified the background
story setting while different style of composing, designing and painting of the
scenery represent the amount of efforts and works that whole crew had put in during
the process of theater production.
The story of the theatrical performance Aunt Raini was inspired by Leni Riefenstahl,
a world renowned filmmaker who creates the documentary Triumph of the Willof the
Reich Party Congress 1934 in Nuremberg. Sadly, most of Riefenstahl s works after
this documentary are reference as pieces of propaganda for the Nazi Party, which led
to her to be misunderstood and isolated within the art and film communities
throughout her lifetime. In this performance, Leni Riefenstahl, also reference as the
protagonist character of Aunt Raini , has come to New York City to visit her
grandniece Katherine. On the other hand, Katherine, known as The Great Revealer
for her ability to find the best up and coming artists on the Time magazine, is a
successful art gallery owner. Meanwhile, One of
Debate On Abortion Debate
The Abortion Debate
It is a common belief that every women should have the right to a safe abortion, this
is included in that everyone has the right to the highest attainable standard of physical
and mental health, including access to all medical services. Access to safe abortion
and legalization of abortion can prevent unnecessary suffering and death of women.
To deny them this would to be completely ignoring one of the most important human
rights. The actions aforementioned in the previous paragraph also pose a breach in
this human right as well as a breach in Article 12 of the UDHR which grants a right
to freedom from any interference with both privacy and family. Many protesters of
abortion, such as those who deliberately seek out who they know that have had
abortions in order to harass them, are in a strong breach of this right and are also
breaking the law.
Abortion is the the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often
performed during the first 28 weeks. It is an ancient techniques that used to be
done in secret and was considered very taboo. As women s rights have progressed,
abortions have become safer and more accessible but people still didn t openly
share their abortion experiences. However, people have become more comfortable
talking about abortion in a general sense. Abortion is now one of the most openly
debated and controversial topics in our society. It is very difficult to get an abortion
in New Zealand and is illegal in many other countries

Aristotle on Courage Essay
In the 1939 movie classic, The Wizard of Oz, the Cowardly Lion is on a quest for
the wizard to give him courage. He is afraid of everything and anything. However, in
Aristotle s Nicomachean Ethics, Aristotle believes that courage is possible for all
individuals. To gain courage one must have the inner qualities that will guide the
courageous. The most important part of these qualities is to come to terms with death
itself. Also, there are views of couragethat are falsely perceived because they appear
to be parallel with one another; nevertheless they are still very different.
One must have many different inner qualities in order to achieve courage. First, one
must not be concerned with death; death can be a beautiful thing. Aristotle ... Show

Excessive fearlessness and exceeding confidence, nor exceeding fear and lack of
confidence (deficiency), does not make a courageous man. Aristotle talks about the
courageous person, and that person acts with the awareness of the concept of honor
and expresses it in a manner that is proportionate, knowing exactly what to really
fear. Many different things can be frightening; one must decipher these things the
greater fear from the lesser for the sake of the beautiful. (Aristotle 49, Sachs) To
correctly aim at what is beautiful, one actively achieves moral virtue. The beautiful is
the purest form of beauty and Aristotle states that beautiful action comes from a
beautiful character and aims at beauty. Virtue aims at enduring fears and feeling
confident with respect to rationality. Aristotle claims that the courageous man may
fear things that not everyone feels the need to fear, but he will endure and overcome
these fears and feel rationally confident.
To become a courageous individual however, it is crucial that one be able to
comprehend the fact of death. Dying is a beautiful thing when dying for defense
and honor while facing real dangers that puts one at risk. Aristotle writes, One
would call courageous a person who is unafraid in the face of a beautiful death. (48
49) This shows that Aristotle believes that the courageous person needs to stand firm
on their values or beliefs no matter what the repercussions are. If one so

are often negative. Hearing people in the community sometimes refer to deaf
people as dumb or stupid . Because of this negative stigma, deaf individuals may

finding jobs. The way they are treated from a young age puts deaf individuals at a
greater risk for developing low self confidence. However, despite all this, it was on
this trip that I observed how beautiful (inside and out) the deaf community in Jamaica

while each person on this Earth is different from one another, our differences should

My Catholic Beliefs
Growing up in a Catholic family, I often questioned the existence of God. As I
delved myself into Bible and the words of my priest, the state of perplexity
continued to cumulate. Rather than forcibly believing literal messages of the
Bible, I adopted a representation of those words in order to mollify myself, in a
complex world with a myriad of questions arising. I agree with Freud that the need
of the oceanic feeling, derived from religious beliefs, comes from the infant s
helplessness and the longing for the father (Freud 47). Reflecting on my high school
senior year, I remember the connection I tried to make with Godfor different purposes,
from tensions that I had with friends to appeasing myself on the college application
matters. Such reflections influenced me to question my faith in Catholicism. Are my
religious beliefs deriving from a naive outcry for help, or are they representing my
faithfulness to God?... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

God who is just misled? Is it right for me to continue with this behavior that does not
reflect the truthful follower who I claim to be? I started to think that I am stuck in
the vicious cycle, a continuous loop that will be hard to get

What is left after the huge explosion is another dwarf star, a neutron star, or the fierce

mass of about two suns. This means it is incredibly dense and has an unbelievable

Musical Theatre As A Theatrical Performance
Musical Theatre is a theatrical performance when the story is told through dialogue,
song, and dance. Back then, people didn t Snap Chat, Face Time or watch TV for
entertainment; they would go to the Theatre for a night out, first date, etc. To give a
more definitive description of how musicals evolved, affected, and influenced
throughout history, a time line of major musicals that defined certain stages of
Musical Theatrewill probably help people understand what makes it so unique.
Now a quick history lesson, Musical Theatre technically was created in 5th Century
BCE Ancient Greece, when staged comedies and tragedies would be told with a bit
music and dance...but Musicals didn t fully emerge into the world until the early
20th Century when the art form went to London, England, and then to America,
which formed the famous theatre district, Broadway. Now that the basics are
covered of where Musical Theatre came from, this paper is more about how
Broadway Musicals evolved into what they are in present day, how people have
reacted to such performances, and how musical theatre has impacted not only
America, but also the world.
The first era of Musical Theatre actually started in the 1920 s 1930 s during the
Great Depression. This was a the first time there were musicals other than the fun,
young, and enjoyable shows, the first example of this would be the musical Show
Boat, which premiered in December 1927, the music was by Jerome Kern, book and

Anatomy Carpal tunnel syndrome is a common condition that affects the hand and
wrist. It happens when too much pressure is put on the median nerve. The median
nerve runs through a structure at the wrist called the carpal tunnel, which is where the
syndrome gets its name. Sometimes the carpal tunnel (which is made up of the
carpal bones and the transverse ligament) will narrow, due to swelling, and that is
how the median nerve gets squeezed. This condition is usually progressive (it will
continue to get worse over time) and the symptoms involve numbness and pain in the
wrist and hand. Sometimes the pain will also spread up into the arm (Sartore).

How Did Jimmy Carter Protect The Environment
Mr. Jimmy Carter and the Environment
James Earl Carter Jr. was born on October 1, 1924, in Plains, Georgia. His father
was a peanut farmer and his mother was a registered nurse. During his childhood,
he kept out of trouble and focused on his studies. He was the first person from his
father s family to graduate high school. He went on to study engineering in college
before joining the Naval ROTC program. Eventually, Mr. Carter joined the navy and
went on to be the 39th president of the United States. Despite an unsuccessful, one
term presidency, Mr. Carter accomplished and oversaw quite a few environmental
laws and policies. Those of which included, The Endangered American Wilderness
Act, the National Energy Act, and the Superfund legislation. The Endangered
American Wilderness Act, today, protects America s wilderness areas. Mr. Carter was
concerned about the population growth spilling over into the nation s wilderness
population. At the time, strip mining and logging had resulted in already endangered
wilderness areas. The act was introduced, in large part, for the generations to come, so
that they may enjoy America s wilderness. Another important act, which went in
under Mr. Carter s term, was the National Energy Act. During this time, America

Serverus Conquest Of Alexandria Analysis
This quote is from an excerpt on the conquest of Alexandria written by Serverus, a
clerk. Serverus, a monk then later a bishop, was born around 915 and seemed to grow
up in old Cairo. The text was written in the tenth century, however the text occurred in
the seventh through tenth centuries.
The historical context includes the conquest of Alexandria and the conquering of
multiple locations such as Syria and Cairo by the Muslims. Heraclius was the Roman
or Byzantine emperor during the Muslim Conquests. Heraclitus saw in a dream that
there would be a new nation who would ultimately conquer and take procession of the
land. Muhammad, an Arab and the prophet, converted the people to believe in one
God instead of idols. This created a common community
Social Work Ethical Dilemmas
To start with, there are many challenging ethical issues facing workers and the social
work profession today. Four of these ethical issues include the morality,
confidentiality, accountability, and boundaries of the relationship between the social
worker and the client. In chapter one of the book Ethical Issues in Social Work ,
Smith and Hugman wrote about the importance of social workers giving respect to
their clients (1995). Respecting and caring for those in need, with family problems or
living in poverty, enhance ones moral values. Knowing that these individuals are
struggling and setting their needs aside without moral concern is unethical of a social
worker. Smith and Hugman define moralizing as: judging the moral worth/value of
another... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This will define the role of each individual in a professional manner. Radden s
concern for setting boundaries in the social work profession is understandable due
the lack of ability the client s interpretation from forming emotional or physical
connections. Confusion as a result of the care, support, trust and respect towards the
clients can be misinterpreted into thinking the two parties are becoming closer than
they are in reality (Radden, 2002). This can cause the client to depend on the social
worker as a friend or more than just professional relationship. Hence, setting limits
and boundaries in the social work profession in an ethical issue that must be pursued
so that such issues shall not
Japan s Identity And Cultural Identity
Harumi Befu is an Emeritus Professor of Anthropological Sciences in the School of
Humanities and Sciences at Stanford University. He has published in both English
and Japanese journals, and his research interests include the social and analysis
aspects of Japan s globalisation, and analysis of Japan s nationality and cultural
identity. In his article Concepts of Japan, Japanese culture and the Japanese , he
discusses in a strong and unbiased method the reality of what Japan truly is.
However, despite the strength of his article there are the negatives, where he does
not address any solutions to the issues he raises. When most people think of Japan,
it is the main and central island of Honshu, with their culture and language being
the first thing that comes to mind. The climate, culture, language and people of
Honshu have always been praised in various means of media such as paintings and
stories. Resulting with Japan s minor islands like Hokkaido and Okinawa and those
who live in those areas are often forgotten, same with individual cultures and
dialects of Japan as a whole. Befu attempts to discuss in order to provide a different
approach to common views of Japan by discussing how diverse, multi cultural and
multi national the country is. Befu is also not afraid to discuss the darker sides of
Japanese thought and society by addressing various issues, such as the notion of
essentialism that is evident within Japanese culture, which dismisses the idea that

Premature Babies And The Obstacles Involved
Premature Babies And the obstacles involved As a father who has personally
experienced the struggles and hardships of having a premature child, I feel like
giving you information on this subject is a lot easier for me to share than most
things. I will preface by sharing my son s experience; he was born at 26 weeks
gestation, weighing 2 pounds, 6 ounces, and spent more than three months in the
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) that was available in Columbus, Georgia. A
large amount of families with infants in the NICU asks what the outlook for babies
born earlier than 28 weeks might be? Less than 1 percent of babies in this country
are born this early (earlier than 28 weeks), but these babies have the most
complications despite great technological advances in medicine today. Premature
children born at an extremely low birth weight (less than 2 pounds, 3 ounces) almost
always require treatment with oxygen, surfactant, and mechanical assistance to help
them breathe (even if for a short period of time until they can breathe on their own
without assistance). These babies are too immature to suck, swallow, and breathe at
the same time, so they must be fed through a vein (intravenously) until they develop
these skills to do so. They often can not cry (or you can t hear them due to the tube
in their throat causing a kitten like groan), and sleep most of the day to allow for
growth and development outside of being in the womb. These tiny babies have little
muscle tone,
Franklin D Roosevelt The Smartest
Franklin D. Roosevelt was the 32nd president of the United States. He would be
elected four times, serving from 1933 to 1945. He would go down in history as one
of the greatest presidents to serve, giving the American people hope in some of the
darkest days of its history. Roosevelt was born on January 30, 1882 in New York. His
family was wealthy, making their fortune from real estate. Growing up, he was
surrounded by tutors and prominent community figures. He lived a privileged
childhood, being much more fortunate than the people that would later come to elect
him president. He went to a prestigious prep school in Massachusetts, but he didn t
not seem to belong with the other students there. He was not athletic, nor was he the
smartest
Zebras Research Papers
Zebras and Their Stripes Black with white, or vice versa? Many people have
wondered how Zebras got their stripes. To answer this question, one must know the
legend of Ebele. A long time ago, in the heart of Africa, there lived a donkey
named Ebele. Her coat was shiny and black as night, except for a tiny white stripe
on her belly. Her parents always told her that the stripe was a rare birthmark that
made her special. However, Ebele hated it. She already felt like she did not fit in,
and this little stripe only gave her donkey friends a reason to pick on her. Even in
the face of their endless insults, Ebele never stopped showing them kindness and
respect. When they ridiculed Ebele, she never fought back. She always believed it
was better to treat others the way she wanted to be treated. Every night before she fell

This night, however, Ebele had dreams that were unlike anything she had ever
experienced. Ebele had visions of large harems of donkeys that criss crossed the
entire African continent. Incredibly, she saw that they were not black, like
everyone else she had known. Instead, all of these donkeys were covered in stripes.
She realized that they were not donkeys at all. They were a new kind of animal,
and called themselves Zebras. Ebele could not seem to figure out if they were
black with white stripes, or white with black stripes. Even in her dream, she tried
to understand what was incomprehensible, and her thoughts were clouded. She
noticed that each Zebra bore stripes that were unique. No two animals looked
exactly alike, but they all seemed to have a similar disposition. These Zebras
possessed a certain unique quality that distinguished them from the donkeys Ebele
knew in real life. The Zebras that appeared in her dream were kind, compassionate,
and loving. Ebele saw them care for each other in a way she had never experienced
growing up. They were
Tibetan Terrier
1.Tibetan terrier. Primarily created to become friends and companions, this breed
is one of the small breed that don t shed making it a perfect pet for people with
allergies and those who simply hate heavy shedders. However, despite not shedding,
their coat still needs frequent grooming. They are suitable for a family with any
lifestyle as they can adapt easily. They are also friendly and will have a great
relationship with other family pets, especially if they are raised with them.
2.Maltese terrier. Maltese is one of the friendliest dogs ever. They treat everyone as
their friend and they are gentle and quite fearless too. These dogs always love
companionship and works well as a therapy dog. The breed also has exemplary skills
in dog competitions such as obedience, agility, tracking, and rally. Despite of their
positive attitudes, they are somewhat difficult to housetrain which requires them to
have crate training to be able to properly learn the thing you want them to know.
Maltese are not suitable for a household where there are toddlers and small children
because they are extremely delicate and can get hurt with improper handling and play.
3.Shih tzu. The name shih tzu refers to little lion, but that does not mean that a shih
tzu is a vicious ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Brussels griffon. Brussels griffon was originally bred to hunt and kill rodents. They
are considered as an unusual dog breed, but still adored by many because of their
lively and affectionate characteristics. Brussels griffon are also intelligent and has a
great sense of humor which makes their human masters love them even more. You
need to be patient and consistent with them because they can be difficult to
housetrain and are quite stubborn. They also respond roughly to playful kids who do
not know when to stop playing with them and those who give them unwanted hugs
and kisses. Thus, the breed is not suitable for a household with little children. In fact,
Brussels griffon does not like children of any age at
Transgender Policy
With the 2015 Supreme Court decision legalizing same sex marriage in the United
States, many other issues involving sexual and gender diversity have emerged and
are now in the forefront of human resource issues. Among them are transgender
employees and their rights within the workplace.
Some of the Pros associated with incorporating a transgender policy consist of
protecting the workers from a hostile working environment, creating a positive
environment in which everyone is comfortable. By diversifying the workforce, it
will provide for greater organization success by providing the company with a
broader pool of potential employees to choose from (Canas Sondak p. 232).

Stranger in a Strange Land Essay
Stranger in a Strange Land is a book written by Robert A. Heinlein that completely
throws away the social mores of the late fifties/ early sixties society. The book
opens with a ship returning from a trip to Mars with an interesting passenger, a
man, Michael Valentine Smith who was the son of a previous voyage to Mars that
was believed to be entirely dead. This was a human raised by Martians, who are an
ancient race that has various powers that are discovered later in the book to be
possessed by Smith through his knowledge of their language. When Smith gets to
earth the U.S. government, under the pretense that he is not well sequesters him
away in a hospital. Smith is spirited away by a nurse and her reporter friend. Smith is

In the book Heinlein followed and influenced some of the 1960 s counterculture. The
Hippie movement started in the early sixties and continued in force until roughly
1970 (Hippies and 1960 s counterculture). Hippies rebelled against their parents
conformity and many ran away from home to experiment with their lives and what
they could do. Heinlein wrote Stranger in 1962, although in letters to his editor he
had been thinking about writing the book since the late forties (Grumbles from the
Grave), the book was a huge success largely thanks to the 1960 s counterculture as
the book portrays many of their ideals. Stranger in a Strange Land falls in perfect step
with the Free Love movement influencing it in a few ways; in the book Michael
Valentine Smith creates a small commune in which sex is common, shared, and
without jealousy, sex for Smith starts at a young age, although he is a man, socially
he has had no experience. This book came about at a time when the hippie
movement was gaining steam and it influenced hippie leaders in how they viewed
sex the book was written in direct opposition to the social standards of the fifties and
it is very different with its
Comparison Of Hoodwinked, Little Evil And Meet The
Robinsons
In all the stories that have come to be known none of them have broken from the
foretold path. They all draw on the same element or at least a few to achieve a
greater level of connection with the audience. The best stories say they are alive,
polarized, catharsis, invoke the wisdom of the body, and always trust the path. For
Hoodwinked, Little Evil, and Meet the Robinsons there is no difference, they each
play along to the audience so that they may continue to live and grow. Stories are
alive, not in the sense they are human, but like us, change and grow. The most
wonderful tale that we love as children has always been ever changing. Like Little
Red Riding Hood. Which still holds onto the part of its purpose to warn children of
dangers... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Which in turn allows the audience to walk away and start to adjust themselves to
accommodate the moral lesson or warning. In Hoodwinked, there are a lot of times
that Red must trust the path set before her. Every day as she riding around the
forest, the mine cart ride, flying through the sky and her grandmother tells her to
use the hood, and the way up and down from the mountain to the Bunny s evil lair.
Little Evil is a twist on one of the modern day occurrences of step parenting created
by the staff of Netflix.com. It draws on the idea that the kid is devil and is set of
getting him out of there. In this case the kid embodies the actual devil or the anti
christ. Proof that the stories always changing as long as it lives and is embedded
with some truth from life. As for polarity, a lot of characters show it. The main
couple of the story are at ends with each other because of the kid. They are at
opposite viewpoints. The mother overlooks the devil in him, as it is her son, and
probably the fact that she always has lived with it. The stepfather can t handle it,
he is constantly being threatened and every attempt he makes to get to know the
kid gets thrown back in his face twice as hard. The husband or stepfather is at odds
with himself because it s just a kid but also a devil and the rule of how to interact
with them conflict due to morals. The catharsis hits a good portion of the audience
due to a good percentage of them

Multi Paragraph Essay.pdf

  • 1. Multi Paragraph Essay Crafting an essay on the topic of a "Multi Paragraph Essay" may seem paradoxically challenging. The difficulty lies not in the complexity of the subject matter itself, but rather in the nuanced art of structuring and expressing thoughts coherently across multiple paragraphs. The task demands more than just assembling a sequence of words; it necessitates a meticulous arrangement of ideas, a coherent flow of arguments, and a seamless transition between paragraphs. Firstly, defining a clear and concise thesis statement is crucial. It requires a deep understanding of the topic and the ability to articulate a central argument that sets the tone for the entire essay. This initial step can be challenging as it requires a synthesis of one's thoughts and a clear roadmap for the subsequent paragraphs. Developing and organizing supporting points further adds to the complexity. Each paragraph should be a cohesive unit, contributing to the overall narrative while maintaining logical progression. Achieving this balance demands a keen awareness of the relationships between ideas and a mastery of the art of transitions. Moreover, ensuring that each paragraph has a distinct focus while contributing to the overarching theme requires a delicate touch. A harmonious blend of analysis, evidence, and commentary is necessary to avoid a disjointed essay. Crafting smooth transitions between paragraphs is an art in itself, demanding a thorough understanding of the topic's intricacies. Sublime In Romantic Poetry Romantic Poetry Introduction Romantic poetry tends to embrace certain particular themes, and one of the main themes found in romantic poetry is the sublime (addressing male themes of reason, strength, and fortitude ); another main theme is the feminine, which tends to represent beauty and domesticity. This paper explores the theme of the sublime, which has been employed effectively and creatively by both male and female poets. The Sublime in Romantic Poetry Scholars know that not all worthy romantic poetry has been created by males, writes Christopher John Murray in his book the Encyclopedia of the Romantic Era, 1760 1850. And although the most well known romantic poets happen to be British males like Coleridge and Wordsworth, for example there were notable female poets who also used the sublime (also referred to as masculine ) theme and who were brilliant at their artistry albeit in the shadows of the male poets who got more attention. One of those female poets of note was Helen Maria Williams (1761 1827). She wrote poetry from the romantic genre about the horrors of the slave trade, she wrote about the Spanish colonialism in native people in South America, and she wrote about the French Revolution. In fact Napoleon had her arrested in 1802 for her poem Ode on the Peace of Amiens. Her poem, A Song, embraces the sublime / masculine theme. Another method involves targeting the 16S rRNA sequences by FISH in a direct manner, without lab cultivation. However, this requires the need for previous knowing the sequence of interest. In shotgun sequencing, DNA is randomly broken up into small segments which are then sequenced to obtain reads which are then fragmented and sequenced multiple times to be assembled by computer software. When my husband is home, and I am at work, he is usually taking on my role until I get back. • 22. The Effects Of Chemical Treatments On The Life Of The Timber For centuries wood has been utilised by many great civilisations. With its natural form, it is vulnerable to decay and degradation over time. Wood preservation has become more and more important over the years because of the efforts to grow timber more rapidly and convert it more economically have likely reduced the durability of the end product (Ridout, 2000). When placed in the ground, untreated Radiata Pine sapwood will completely fail from decay within 2 3 years. This of course is depending on its cross sectional dimensions. In above ground situations however, the average life varies a lot, dependant on exposure, but poses a serious issue that many in the past have noted. On the contrary, the development of chemical treatments greatly increased the life of the timber. The expected service life of CCA (Copper Chromate Arsenic) treated sapwood is 20 50 years, depending on end use and exposure conditions. Manufacturers who supply the timber, guarantee CCA treated wood from insect attack and fungal decay for 50 years when prepared, treated and used in accordance with New Zealand standards. (Read, 2003). Other major treatments have been developed but none have compared to CCA treated timbers worldwide sales and success. Pre treatment is not a new concept, and has been practiced for centuries, is used to prevent rot and insects for sapwood. A majority of pre treatment experimentation was adapted by problems in the Navy, and various experiments were carried out with the likes

To answer the prompt of who would I date based on the poetry, I would say that there is no one in particular I would date. Chapter 1 Introduction The patch antenna plays a very important role in today s world of wireless communication systems .There is always a large demand for high performance ,small size and low cost wireless communication systems .in order to get these requirements ,planar patch antenna is preferred because of their various advantages such as light weight ,low volume ,low cost and ease for fabrication .although the microstrip patch antenna has various advantages it has various disadvantages which are low gain ,narrow bandwidth and low efficiency .These disadvantages can be overcome by constructing many patch antennas in array configuration. Recently there has been increasing demand in the use of DGSs for performance enhancement of microstrip patch antennas and planar array antennas .there are basically two types of structures which are used for the design of compact and high performance wireless communication systems named as defected ground structures (DGS) and electromagnetic band gap structures (EBG) which is also known as photonic band gap structure(PBG). These structures have been used to obtain the functions such as unwanted frequency rejection and circuit size reduction. Recently defected ground structures have been introduced; DGSs are realized by simply etching off simple shape (called as defect) from the ground plane .Depending upon the shape and the dimensions of the defects ,the current distribution in the ground plane is disturbed and resulting in a controlled

Access to safe abortion and legalization of abortion can prevent unnecessary suffering and death of women. To deny them this would to be completely ignoring one of the most important human rights. The actions aforementioned in the previous paragraph also pose a breach in this human right as well as a breach in Article 12 of the UDHR which grants a right to freedom from any interference with both privacy and family. Many protesters of abortion, such as those who deliberately seek out who they know that have had abortions in order to harass them, are in a strong breach of this right and are also breaking the law. Abortion is the the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first 28 weeks. However, in Aristotle s Nicomachean Ethics, Aristotle believes that courage is possible for all individuals. To gain courage one must have the inner qualities that will guide the courageous. The most important part of these qualities is to come to terms with death itself. Also, there are views of couragethat are falsely perceived because they appear to be parallel with one another; nevertheless they are still very different. Aristotle talks about the courageous person, and that person acts with the awareness of the concept of honor and expresses it in a manner that is proportionate, knowing exactly what to really fear. Many different things can be frightening; one must decipher these things the greater fear from the lesser for the sake of the beautiful. (Aristotle 49, Sachs) To correctly aim at what is beautiful, one actively achieves moral virtue. The beautiful is the purest form of beauty and Aristotle states that beautiful action comes from a beautiful character and aims at beauty. Virtue aims at enduring fears and feeling confident with respect to rationality. Aristotle claims that the courageous man may fear things that not everyone feels the need to fear, but he will endure and overcome these fears and feel rationally confident. To become a courageous individual however, it is crucial that one be able to comprehend the fact of death. Dying is a beautiful thing when dying for defense and honor while facing real dangers that puts one at risk. Aristotle writes, One would call courageous a person who is unafraid in the face of a beautiful death. I will preface by sharing my son s experience; he was born at 26 weeks gestation, weighing 2 pounds, 6 ounces, and spent more than three months in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) that was available in Columbus, Georgia. A large amount of families with infants in the NICU asks what the outlook for babies born earlier than 28 weeks might be? Less than 1 percent of babies in this country are born this early (earlier than 28 weeks), but these babies have the most complications despite great technological advances in medicine today. Premature children born at an extremely low birth weight (less than 2 pounds, 3 ounces) almost always require treatment with oxygen, surfactant, and mechanical assistance to help them breathe (even if for a short period of time until they can breathe on their own without assistance). These babies are too immature to suck, swallow, and breathe at the same time, so they must be fed through a vein (intravenously) until they develop these skills to do so. They often can not cry (or you can t hear them due to the tube in their throat causing a kitten like groan), and sleep most of the day to allow for growth and development outside of being in the womb. These tiny babies have little muscle tone,
  • 44. Franklin D Roosevelt The Smartest Franklin D. Roosevelt was the 32nd president of the United States. He would be elected four times, serving from 1933 to 1945. He would go down in history as one of the greatest presidents to serve, giving the American people hope in some of the darkest days of its history. Roosevelt was born on January 30, 1882 in New York. His family was wealthy, making their fortune from real estate. Growing up, he was surrounded by tutors and prominent community figures. He lived a privileged childhood, being much more fortunate than the people that would later come to elect him president. He went to a prestigious prep school in Massachusetts, but he didn t not seem to belong with the other students there. He was not athletic, nor was he the smartest
  • 45. Zebras Research Papers Zebras and Their Stripes Black with white, or vice versa? Many people have wondered how Zebras got their stripes. To answer this question, one must know the legend of Ebele. A long time ago, in the heart of Africa, there lived a donkey named Ebele. Her coat was shiny and black as night, except for a tiny white stripe on her belly. Her parents always told her that the stripe was a rare birthmark that made her special. However, Ebele hated it. She already felt like she did not fit in, and this little stripe only gave her donkey friends a reason to pick on her. Even in the face of their endless insults, Ebele never stopped showing them kindness and respect. When they ridiculed Ebele, she never fought back. She always believed it was better to treat others the way she wanted to be treated. Every night before she fell ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This night, however, Ebele had dreams that were unlike anything she had ever experienced. Ebele had visions of large harems of donkeys that criss crossed the entire African continent. Incredibly, she saw that they were not black, like everyone else she had known. Instead, all of these donkeys were covered in stripes. She realized that they were not donkeys at all. They were a new kind of animal, and called themselves Zebras. Ebele could not seem to figure out if they were black with white stripes, or white with black stripes. Even in her dream, she tried to understand what was incomprehensible, and her thoughts were clouded. She noticed that each Zebra bore stripes that were unique. No two animals looked exactly alike, but they all seemed to have a similar disposition. These Zebras possessed a certain unique quality that distinguished them from the donkeys Ebele knew in real life. The Zebras that appeared in her dream were kind, compassionate, and loving. Ebele saw them care for each other in a way she had never experienced growing up. They were

Heinlein wrote Stranger in 1962, although in letters to his editor he had been thinking about writing the book since the late forties (Grumbles from the Grave), the book was a huge success largely thanks to the 1960 s counterculture as the book portrays many of their ideals. • 49. Comparison Of Hoodwinked, Little Evil And Meet The Robinsons In all the stories that have come to be known none of them have broken from the foretold path. They all draw on the same element or at least a few to achieve a greater level of connection with the audience. For Hoodwinked, Little Evil, and Meet the Robinsons there is no difference, they each play along to the audience so that they may continue to live and grow. The mother overlooks the devil in him, as it is her son, and probably the fact that she always has lived with it. The stepfather can t handle it, he is constantly being threatened and every attempt he makes to get to know the kid gets thrown back in his face twice as hard. The husband or stepfather is at odds with himself because it s just a kid but also a devil and the rule of how to interact with them conflict due to morals. The catharsis hits a good portion of the audience due to a good percentage of them
