PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
 Co-ordinate with administration department in Execution of Human Resources strategy and
various activities to be in lined with company mission statement and vision
 Establishes and maintains professional healthy working relationships with all employees within
and externally from and to other departments
 Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies
 JOB PROFILE:
 Create and maintain employee’s personnel files
 Handling the records of all employees and maintaining the database.
