o Burgan national information system Com (Kuwait) From 24/8/2008-31/01/2011.
§ As accountant on the (Portfolio & Fund management system). Support, consultant,
trainer.
§ (Mystro HR system). Support, Consultant, Trainer.
oAl Masslaeh Real Estate Co. (Kuwait) from (01/02/2011 –12/12/2012)
Ø As HR Assistant Manager. (Mystro HR System)
§ Updates records of employees in HR systems such as Residence, Passport, Health
Cards, Driving License, and other documents needed.
§ Assist on administering and tracking of application for renewal of Residence Permit
with ID cards, health cards, driving license, labor contracts.
§ Provides assistance to HR personnel FOR Payroll, etc. and other employees for
immediate retrieval of their needed information/records.
§ Assists with other staff members to ensure implementation of all HR policies and
procedures.
§ Coordinate with Mandoop for all requirements of the staff.
§ Process all relevant documents in reference to the criteria of immigration Dept.,
ministry of social affairs, and other official bodies in compliance with the laws and
regulations.
§ Follow-up on process of applications related to work permits.
§ Follow-up on process of work visas, stamping residence and health cards issuance.
• Update & communicate all new laws or rules issued by Government.

 As Admin & HR Supervisor , ( Business Matter HR System)
§ Perform complete payroll process from A to Z for over.
§ Settlements, end of service calculations and clearance for resigned/
Terminated employees.
§ Provide the employees with all their needs (pay slip, salary certificates, personal
Documents,)
§ Oversee employees leave records (annual, sick leave, emergency ....etc.)
§ Prepare Job offers, contracts and process all documents related to hiring process.
§ Prepare & Designing HR & Administration forms.
§ Prepare & Updates reports payroll data on monthly basis to approve the payroll
contrast against budgetary requirements making appropriate adjustments for
leaves, overtime & vacation, final settlement & end of service settlement...etc.
§ Updates and prepare the monthly salary for social security staff.
§ Time & Attendance.
§ Keeping up to date with Kuwait labor law.
§ Follow up & preparing all documents related to issuing of visas and residence
permits for all new candidate.
§ Following up on all formalities related to residence permits, work permits, transfers,
and cancellation in Coordination Company.
§ Prepare and issues medical referrals & Salary Certificate for staff.
§ Establish and maintains files for new employees.
