Making Memos and letter using
MS Word.
Adobe Photoshop.
 Assistant the Manager in HR through the completion of all Human
resource duties required to ensure the efficient operation of the HRIS
database management through the maintenance of detailed records.
 Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
 Responsible for the maintenance and administrations of the HRIS.
  Generate HR and Admin reports unneeded.
 - New Joiners/ Separated Employees, etc.
 - Renewals (Visa,UAEID,Labor Card / Contract and Insurance)
  Monitors end to end visa processing for new joiners and ensuring
that all are finished before the.
  60 days grace period after their arrival / change status.
  Maintains and controls employees personal files (file keeping
of physical and electronic documents)
  Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is
forwarded to the PRO>
  Preparing, transmitting and monitoring all needed formalities
for new employees al well as renewals.
 Before the arrival date of candidates ensure to coordinate again with
city Admin regarding the airport pickup arrangements as well as
accommodation facilities and office (if applicable).
 HRIS Main MOOD updating about employee information keep it
personal information.
 Upload personnel benefit complication prepare the joining reports.
 Prepare the personnel files and keep on properly record.
 Employees physical documents (Eid, Labor card, Insurance card)
follow with PRO with after received keep in record and distributes the
employees.
 Arrange the documents & coordinate with new arrivals employees
for group induction program.
Recruitment  Database, Visa Documentation and Coordination.

 Assist applicants in filling forms and guide them through the
recruitment requirements.
 Identifying needed documents per candidate based on their location,
current visa status etc.
 Monitoring candidates visit visa / cancelled employment visa
expiration and advise them for exit.
 For new visa application.
 Maintains and controls candidates personal files file keeping of
physical and electronic documents)
 Assists in other recruitment processesas request.
JobResponsibilities
 To assist the Manager in Performance and Development through the
completion of all administrative duties required to ensure the efficient
operation of the performance and training Department through the
maintenance of detailed records of the performance Management
process in ensuring smooth running of the business in the organization.
 In accordance with the Training and Development schedule assist
with administrative requirements for the effective and successful
delivery of the training interventions. This includes.
 Set up & maintain a methodological filling system for all training &
performance documents (Soft copies/ Hard Copies)
 Tracks and keeps a record of the current of the current staff
attendance records daily reports.
 Daily Staff Attendance report  GPD
 Follow up labor issue related to Visa renewal Medical Passport
renewal.
 Preparing staff & labor transfer order.
 Follow up with concerned dept. for leave settlements.
 Assists HR. Manager in conducting Probation Review Process for
staff completing probation period.
