PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Title Of The Position Job Tenure Organization HR Assistant May 2013 to Date International Committee of Red Cross(ICRC) Islamabad οƒ˜ Announces briefing for new DE. οƒ˜ Participates in and organizes briefing session for newly arrived national staff. οƒ˜ Answers all questions regarding staff regulations. οƒ˜ Make sure that all DE fill Personal History Forms, (PHF), EOBI Registration Forms, and Application for National Tax Numbers. οƒ˜ Prepares job descriptions in coordination with relevant departments and explains JD's to staff. οƒ˜ Prepares employment contracts for new employees. οƒ˜ Ensures that JD's have been properly modified after promotions, demotions etc οƒ˜ Prepares monthly EOBI payments and deposits for ISL & support to all sites. οƒ˜ Supports all offices in registration with EOBI for new employees. οƒ˜ Processes pension cases for retiring employees. . οƒ˜ Coordinates with EOBI Authorities for updating of current employees registered with them. οƒ˜ Keeps / updates contracts with panel hospitals /pharmacies. οƒ˜ Prepares Medical invoices for payment of Panel hospitals οƒ˜ Keeps holidays record updated in Arizona for ISL every month. οƒ˜ Follows with heads of departments & Admin CO the status holidays balance. οƒ˜ Prepares different kind of lists for different departments upon request. οƒ˜ Assists HR responsible in other HR matters.
