Treatment depends on the type - disproportionate dwarfism may be treated with surgery to lengthen bones while proportionate dwarfism can use hormone treatments like growth hormone to increase height. While dwarfism cannot be prevented, early diagnosis and treatment can help reduce its impacts on quality of life.
Chickenpox
Chickenpox is an infectious disease caused by a virus that is characterized by a rash of itchy blisters over the entire body. It mainly affects children but can be more serious in adults by potentially affecting internal organs. Symptoms include nausea, loss of appetite, aching muscles, and headache. The rash begins as spots that spread and form blisters. Treatment involves staying home while infectious to avoid spreading it, keeping nails short to prevent scratching, and there is a vaccine recommended for adults who have not had chickenpox. Once a person has chickenpox, they are protected and cannot get it again.
Leukemia 2
Leukemia is a cancer of the white blood cells that develops in the bone marrow and causes uncontrolled increase in leukocytes. It has no known single cause but genetic, environmental, and immunodeficiency factors are believed to play a role. Leukemia affects the bone marrow and leukocytes. Symptoms vary but can include fever and infection. Treatment may involve chemotherapy, radiotherapy, bone marrow transplant, or antibiotics. Prevention is not possible as the cause is unknown.
Parkinson' disease
Parkinson's disease is a disorder of the central nervous system that causes a loss of motor control. It occurs when nerve cells in the basal ganglia region of the brain that produce dopamine die or become impaired. This leads to a lack of dopamine in the brain, causing symptoms like shaking, rigidity, slow movement, and difficulty walking. While the exact causes are unknown, it may be related to genetic or environmental factors. In advanced stages, thinking problems and dementia become more common.
Breast cancer
Breast cancer is caused by the uncontrolled growth of mammary cells. The symptoms of breast cancer include a swelling or lump in the breast, skin irritation, breast or nipple pain, nipple inversion, redness or thickening of the breast or nipple. Chemotherapy is a common treatment for breast cancer, used for both early and advanced stages, to destroy cancer cells and reduce the risk of recurrence. A side effect of chemotherapy is hair loss or alopecia. While the exact causes of breast cancer are unknown, it is always caused by damage to a cell's DNA and breast cancer is considered a non-infectious illness.
Allergies
Allergies occur when the immune system reacts to normally harmless substances called allergens. Common allergens include dust mites, pollen, foods, and some medications. Allergies are very common and can cause symptoms ranging from mild discomfort to life-threatening reactions. There are many different types of allergies including food, skin, dust, insect stings, pets, drugs, pollen, latex, mold, and cockroaches. Symptoms vary but can include sneezing, itchy eyes, rashes, hives, coughing, and difficulty breathing. Allergies are diagnosed through tests and treatments include avoidance of allergens and medications.
Ebola
Ebola is a dangerous virus endemic to parts of Africa that can cause severe illness or death through transmission of bodily fluids from infected individuals. While normally occurring as isolated cases, Ebola poses a serious epidemic risk if an outbreak occurs as it can spread quickly between people through direct contact with infected body fluids like spit. Symptoms initially resemble the flu but can worsen to include fever, bleeding, vomiting blood and diarrhea. Scientists still do not fully understand the origins of the virus or have a cure.
Autism chantal and antonia
Autism is a lifelong neurological disorder characterized by difficulties in social interaction and communication. While the specific causes are unknown, genetic and environmental factors during fetal development may play a role. Treatment options include behavioral therapy and medication to help manage symptoms and promote independence, while preventing autism involves maintaining a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy without drugs or alcohol.
Salmonella
Salmonella is a bacterial disease that infects the intestinal tract and causes illnesses like typhoid fever and food poisoning. People usually become infected by eating contaminated food like meat, poultry, or eggs or drinking contaminated water. The main symptoms are diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps within 12-72 hours, and the illness typically lasts 4-7 days. The disease is caused by salmonella bacteria rather than a virus.

- 2. • Scoliosis is a back problem that causes a curvature from side to side on the spine.The curvature may take the form of ‘S’ or ‘C. In most cases, no one kwons what causes this curvature.This is known as idiophatic scoliosis. • It is possible that people with slight curvatore only have to visit your doctor for regular checks. However, some people who have scoliosis need treatment What is scoliosis?
- 3. Who has it? • About 3 out of every 100 people have some form of scoliosis, though for many people it’s not much of a problem. For a small number of people, the curve gets worse as they grow and they may need a brace or an operation to correct it.
- 4. What are its causes? • No one knows that causes the most common type of scolosis called idiopathic scoliosis.(Idiopathic is a fancy word for unknow cause) Doctors do know that scoliosis can run in families. So, aparently, if your sister or brother had scoliosis,you might have it, too.
- 5. At what age does scoliosis affect? • People may have scoliosis at any age. The most common type is idiopathic, or of unknown origin scoliosis among children 10 to 12 years and early adolescence. It is at this age that children grow quickly. Girls are more prone to this type of scoliosis than boys.
- 6. Classification of this illness •Doctors classify curves as: •No structural, is when the spine is structurally normal and the curve is temporary. In these cases, the doctor will try to determine and correct the cause of the curvature. •Structural, it is when the spine has a fixed curve. The cause could be a disease, a stroke, an infection or a birth defect.
- 7. How is scoliosis diagnosed? • Doctors take into account the medical and family history, physical examination and testing to determine if a person has scoliosis. The doctor can see if a person has scoliosis radiography of the spine. The angle can be measured in degrees of curvature (such as an angle of 25 degrees), and see its location.
- 8. What is the treatment for scoliosis? • Treatment for scoliosis depends on: • The patient's age • Much has still to grow • The angle and pattern of the curve • The type of scoliosis. • Your doctor may recommend a control program, the use of a brace or brace or surgery.
