I always ask myself this question. Was I really that annoying when I was small? Every time I see my

Looking Down Standing at the bottom looking up, there seems to be countless stairs which seem
impossible to overcome. Yet, knowing the long trip that is ahead will be worth the breathtaking site
which awaits at the top. So you set out, determined to climb the top of this magnificent hill. Walking
up the stairs is like walking up the stairways to heaven, a long trip but beautiful once you arrive. Once
passing the six flights of stairs, you still do not arrive. There is still a long path ahead of you. Hiking at
a sixty degree angle all the way to the top stepping over countless rocks and pipes up the dusty trail.
The nature around reminds you that fall is on its way. With dying plants and grass all around, and the
leaves on the trees starting to change color. As you push yourself higher and higher up the hill, the
temperature slowly continues to drop. Slowly the beautiful sight you have in store starts to become
visible. Once finally arriving to the top from the trip that seemed to have taken so much longer then
have thought, stretched before you is a sight so beautiful, it takes one s breath away. Once to the top
there is no one around. The few people that are visible are just the cars and people walking down
sidewalks far below. The only sounds are the faint sounds of the city; dogs barking, cars traveling past,
birds chirping, and the chiming of the hour of the large clock on campus. The mind is instantly cleared

Arasato. Arasato writes I am a farmer in the first person perspective; You should stop and listen, the

Grade inflation, the idea that students are receiving grades that they have not worked for and therefore
don t deserve them. But what s so wrong about grade inflation? When learning about this subject we
also open the doors to learning about the multitude of other problems plaguing our educational system
that could use our attention much more than grade inflation does. Through grade inflation we re able
to understand problems often forgotten about and looked over. In the past colleges like Princeton and
Wellesley have tried to adopt policies to help curb grade inflation. Even though it lowered the
percentages of high grades, effectively lowering the amount of grade inflation, it came with the cost of
unforeseen consequences that affected the students and staff. In his article Rojstaczer describes the
