This document discusses different learning styles and methods for identifying one's own learning style. It describes visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles as well as Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences which includes linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, spatial, interpersonal, and intrapersonal intelligences. Various strategies are provided for how each learning style can best process and retain information. The document encourages readers to determine their own dominant learning style in order to apply the most effective learning approaches.

It is the ability to use mental abilities to
coordinate bodily movements.
Likes to move around, touch the people they
are talking to, and act things out.
People with this intelligence are Michael
Jordan, Martina Navratilova, and Jim Carrey.

16. An individual’s ability to recognize and use
the patterns of wide space and more
confined areas.
Learn best from visual presentations such as
movies, pictures, videos, and demonstrations
using models or props.
Real life examples include Pablo Picasso,
Bobby Fischer, and Georgia O’Keefe

17. Refers to an individual's ability to understand
the intentions, motivations and desires of
other people.
It allows people to work effectively with
others.
Educators, salespeople, religious and
political leaders and counselors all need a
well-developed interpersonal intelligence.

18. Refers to an individual’s capacity to
understand oneself, to appreciate one's
feelings, fears and motivations.
Involves having an effective working model
of ourselves, and to be able to use such
information to regulate our lives.
Classic autobiographers such as Jean Paul
Sartre and Frederick Douglass are examples.
