based on motor imagery workout in childhood. Four children groups that were
mentally and physically right hand performed reaching movement via upper and non
upper hand with speed and accuracy as possible. Before and after training session the
movement time has recorded and analyzed. Results showed that mental and physical
practices through similar learning processes (similar exponentially learning curves),
have positive effect on both hand performance. But in comparison with mental
imagery, motion time in post test session became significant for both hands after
physical practice. More importantly, in comparison with motor imagery with non
upper hand, mental imagery with upper hand leads to wider progress in motor speed.
This kind of advances did not show up in control group. Findings of this study show

Our ocean contains 5.25 trillion pieces of plastic debris. Of that mass, 260,000 tons
float on the service, while four billion plastic microfibers per square kilometer litter

urban runoff like land based sources. Key components of land based sources
include litter, trash and debris from construction, ports and marinas, commercial and
industrial facilities, and trash blown out of garbage containers, trucks, and landfills.
Ocean based sources such as overboard items from ships and fishing gear, are the
other 20%. Food containers and packaging are the largest component of the solid
waste stream ( The Problem of Marine Plastic Pollution ). These items, together with
plastic bags, also represent the largest component of marine debris. Packaging and
single use disposable products are not only present in marine debris, but they
represent an unsustainable use of precious resources like oil, trees, energy sources,
and water.
The quantity of marine debris is increasing in oceans worldwide. Researchers at the
Algalita Marine Research Foundation documented an increase in plastic debris in
the Central Pacific Gyre five fold between 1997 and 2007, where the baseline in
1997 showed plastic pieces outnumbered plankton on the ocean surface.( Clean Water
Action ). Each year the pollution increases, making marine life decrease. The
pollution also makes their living conditions worse, to the point where they have to
leave their homes and live somewhere cleaner. Tens of thousands of individual
animals from hundreds of marine species, including every kind of sea turtle and
around half of marine mammals, have encountered plastic, glass, and other garbage

Social Stereotypes In Zootopia
Quote: Because he s a sloth he can t be fast
This quote is a great example of a stereotype. Judy made an incorrect statement about
a sloth just because of what type of animal he was. This statement was later proven
not true, as the sloth was speeding throughout the streets of Zootopia.
Concepts
Stereotypes: Generalized (sometimes accurate but often overgeneralized) beliefs
about a group of people. Throughout the movie, there are a lot of stereotypes
evident. The main one is that predators are bad, and prey is good. Many believed in
the movie that the predators could not be trusted after all the attacks that were
happening, but that was not true. The rare cases of a predator going savage was due
to toxic flowers.
Discrimination: Unjustifiable negative behavior toward a group or its members. In
Zootopia, an act of discrimination is seen in a flashback when Nick Wilde is joining
the Ranger Scouts. In this scene, the members of the scouts put a muzzle on him just
because he is a fox and They cannot trust a fox .
Situational Attribution: Believing the cause of a behavior is based on the person s
situation, not their attitude. An example of this in the movie was when Judy found
out the reason for predators going savage was due to the flowers, not due to their
attitudes or genetics.
Dispositional Attribution: Believing that the cause of a behavior is based on the
person s attitude, not situation. In the scene where Nick Wilde was trying to buy a
popsicle for his son , Judy assumed that he was a great father. However, he was just
trying to hustle her out of a free popsicle to sell later.
Conformity: Adjusting one s behavior or thinking to coincide with a group standard.
In the movie, when Judy said that she though that the predator s attacks were due to
genetics, everyone conformed to this idea. The prey started to separate themselves
from the prey and conform to this idea.
Normative Social Influence: Influence resulting from a person s desire to gain
approval or disapproval. In the movie, Judy Hopps works extra hard while on parking
duty to get approval from Chief Bogo and get more interesting cases.
Deindividuation: The loss of self awareness and self restraint occurring in group
