Policies and Procedures including implementation/control of store procedures, stock/inventory purchasing,
receiving, and control, monitor security of merchandise. Recruit, hire, train, develop, supervise, evaluate, and
administer payroll for a team of 8-10 staff and 2-4 managers. Motivate team to provide a high level of
customer service and to meet/exceed company sales targets and operations goals. Account for store profit/loss
and operate within corporate budgetary constraints. Interface and transact business with a variety of vendors.
Compile daily/weekly sales reports for district.
Selected accomplishments:
 Frequently exceed budgeted company sales targets by $1-3K per month.
 Orchestrate new store openings,coordinate project details with corporate team, hire team to build
fixtures/stock shelves, set up store bank accounts, contact vendors to plan special promotions, and
communicate with local community organizations to schedule Grand Opening events.
 Lead special district-wide inventory control projects, such as preparing store inventories for new
management, training staff to better track inventory in cases of poor management, educate teams in
the simplification of inventory processes for greater efficiency and accountability. (12-50 staff)
 Plan and oversee local fundraising promotions for organizations such as Children’s Miracle
Network, Police/Fire Departments, and Cheerleaders/Athletes.
 Decrease shrinkage by 1-5% and increase sales by 1-2% in all managed stores by vetting and
building teams responsive to customer needs and committed to company standards.
