 Supervised over 16 Dollar Tree Stores in the Lexington, Kentucky Region
including Cities of Paris, Danville, Richmond, Winchester, Frankfort,
Shelbyville, Mount Sterling, Georgetown and Nicholasville.
 Shrink was 1.50% YTD for District in 2011 with one Inventory pending.
 Bottom line Profits are 19.07% to Sales (over $2.2 million) YTD in 2011.

Division Scanning Coordinator
 1992-2003
 Trainer, Division Help Desk, researcher, problem solver for 138 retail
stores in Kentucky, Ohio, North Carolina and Indiana.
 Monitored and controlled scanning DATA programming which includes,
department assignments, taxability, WIC items to over 35,000 items in
retail locations. Ensured that all items scan correctly in all phases.
 Monitored and Controlled Perishable scale management item date
including UPC numbers, dates, and tare weights ingredients, etc.
 Problem solving includes: scanning tag issues, retail/cost pricing, front-
end system software/hardware issues, DSD issues and accountability.
 Division Trainer for self-checkout systems.
 Merged 26 Cincinnati Area Thirftway Grocery Store scanning files into
Winn-Dixie files. Trained Thirftway employees on Winn-Dixie System.
 Wrote Training Manuals for scanning and DSD managers. Conducted
classes on all procedures. Visited locations reviewing class/meeting
agenda.
 Edited customer receipt tape descriptions providing more easily
understood format for customers.
 Decreased “not-on-file” problems 8%, which helped speed up front-end
operations and allowed customers to be, checked out quicker. Saved
inventory dollars and added to gross profits.
