The document discusses quality management systems and ISO standards. It introduces ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, which are generic management standards for quality and environmental requirements. ISO 9000 focuses on quality requirements in business dealings, while ISO 14000 focuses on minimizing environmental impacts. The document outlines the key elements of a quality management system, including management responsibility, quality system procedures, document control, purchasing, inspection, auditing, and training. It also compares the requirements of ISO 9001, 9002, and 9003.
Iso 9000
The ISO 9000 family of quality management systems standards is designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service.
ISO is understanding the changes in your market and delivering a product that exceeds your client’s expectations and developing brand loyalty in a fast changing world.
QMS Systems offers QMS Consulting Services for manifacturing and
pharma companies that realize it is in their best interest to have quality
management systems in place.
What is ISO 9000?
Quality is something every company strives for and is often times very difficult to achieve. Complications concerning efficiency and quality present themselves everyday in business, whether an important document cannot be found or a consumer finds a product not up to their expectations. How can a company increase the quality of its products and services?
(The answer is ISO 9000)
Work of ISO 9000.
ISO 9000 is set up as a collection of guidelines that help a company establish, maintain, and improve a quality management system. It is important to stress that ISO 9000 is not a rigid set of requirements, and that organizations have flexibility in how they implement their quality management system. This freedom allows the ISO 9000 standard to be used in a wide range of organizations, and in businesses large and small.
ISO stands for International Organizational for Standardization. It is an international body which consists of representatives from more than 90 countries. The national standards bodies of these countries are the member of this organization.
BIS(Bureau of Indian Standards) is the Indian representatives to ISO.
ISO and IEC(International Electro Technical Commission) operate jointly as a single.
These are NGO Which exist to provide common standard on international trade of goods and services.
ISO 9000 series has five international standards on quality management which are listed below:
ISO 9000

Final project report on grocery store management system..pdfKamal Acharya
In today’s fast-changing business environment, it’s extremely important to be able to respond to client needs in the most effective and timely manner. If your customers wish to see your business online and have instant access to your products or services.
Online Grocery Store is an e-commerce website, which retails various grocery products. This project allows viewing various products available enables registered users to purchase desired products instantly using Paytm, UPI payment processor (Instant Pay) and also can place order by using Cash on Delivery (Pay Later) option. This project provides an easy access to Administrators and Managers to view orders placed using Pay Later and Instant Pay options.
In order to develop an e-commerce website, a number of Technologies must be studied and understood. These include multi-tiered architecture, server and client-side scripting techniques, implementation technologies, programming language (such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and MySQL relational databases. This is a project with the objective to develop a basic website where a consumer is provided with a shopping cart website and also to know about the technologies used to develop such a website.
This document will discuss each of the underlying technologies to create and implement an e- commerce website.

Courier management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
It is now-a-days very important for the people to send or receive articles like imported furniture, electronic items, gifts, business goods and the like. People depend vastly on different transport systems which mostly use the manual way of receiving and delivering the articles. There is no way to track the articles till they are received and there is no way to let the customer know what happened in transit, once he booked some articles. In such a situation, we need a system which completely computerizes the cargo activities including time to time tracking of the articles sent. This need is fulfilled by Courier Management System software which is online software for the cargo management people that enables them to receive the goods from a source and send them to a required destination and track their status from time to time.
Quality defects in TMT Bars, Possible causes and Potential Solutions.PrashantGoswami42
Maintaining high-quality standards in the production of TMT bars is crucial for ensuring structural integrity in construction. Addressing common defects through careful monitoring, standardized processes, and advanced technology can significantly improve the quality of TMT bars. Continuous training and adherence to quality control measures will also play a pivotal role in minimizing these defects.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

2. INTRODUCTION- QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ISO defined the term “quality system” as follows:
The quality systems are the organisational structures, responsibilities,
procedures, processes and resources for implementing quality
management.
In short, a quality system involves:
1. HOW- methods and process description;
2. WHO- responsibilities and authorities;
3. WHEN- records and evidences;
4. Where- identification and traceability
3. WHAT IS ISO
The International Organisation for Standardisation was established in
1946 in Geneva, Switzerland.
ISO is an association of National Standard Bodies of more than 150
countries.
ISO is a specialized agency for standardisation. The primary objective
is unification and co-ordination of international standard.
ISO employees a system of technical committees, sub-committees
and working groups to develop international standards.
ISO works in accordance with an agreed set of rules of procedures.
4. Contd………
Bureau of Indian Standards is the national standard body of India
represented on ISO.
Other international organisations that develop standards to
participate in its work by accepting them as liaison member.
5. ALL ABOUT ISO 9000 AND ISO 14000
ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 are known as generic management
standards.
ISO 9000 is a reference for quality requirements in business to
business dealing.
ISO 14000 is reference for the environmental management
requirements.
6. Objectives of ISO 9000

Applicable regulatory requirement
Enhance customer satisfaction,
Achieve continual improvement of its performance pursuit of these
objectives.
7. Objectives of ISO 14000
Minimise harmful effects on the environment caused by its activities.
Achieve continual improvement of its environmental performance.
It also regulates about the environmental condition of the place
where the industry has to be set up.
BOTH ISO CONCERN WITH PROCESS NOT PRODUCT.
8. Necessity For Implementing a Quality System
Improved employee involvement,
Improved housekeeping,
Improved decision making based on facts and data,
Improved customer satisfaction,
Improved safe working,
Reduce customers complaints,
Reduce inspection efforts,
Reduce quality cast.
9. Who is responsible for developing the ISO
standards:
ISO technical committees and its sub-committees are responsible for
development of the standards. The work is conducted on the basis of
consensus among quality and industry experts nominated by the
national standard bodies, representing a wide range of interested
parties
