This document describes a proposed smart and secured rescue robot system to safely extract children who have fallen into open borewells. The system includes a robotic section that would be sent down the borewell containing sensors to monitor conditions, a camera, and a robotic arm controlled manually. It would transmit sensor data and video to a command and monitoring section via WiFi. The goal is to develop a more effective and safer alternative to the current process of digging a parallel pit, which takes time and poses risks. The robotic system is intended to reduce risks during child rescue operations from open borewells.
