Optimizing Power Output of Floating Solar PlantIRJET Journal
The document discusses optimizing the power output of floating solar plants by using Fresnel lenses to concentrate sunlight on photovoltaic solar panels. While Fresnel lenses increase efficiency by boosting light intensity, they also cause the panels to exceed their optimal temperature range. To address this, the document proposes using passive cooling techniques like heat pipes or spraying water to transfer excess heat away from the panels. This would allow the panels to operate at maximum efficiency even when concentrated sunlight from Fresnel lenses is used. The goal is to both increase power output through concentration while controlling panel temperatures through cooling, in order to optimize the cost and performance of floating solar installations.

Optimization of PV Cell through MPPT AlgorithmIRJET Journal
The document discusses optimization of photovoltaic (PV) cells through maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithms. It describes several common MPPT algorithms including perturbation and observation (P&O), incremental conductance (IC), constant voltage, and temperature methods. The P&O method works by periodically changing the voltage or current and tracking changes in power to adjust the operating point. The IC method improves on P&O by using incremental conductance to more precisely track the maximum power point, especially under changing conditions. Other methods like constant voltage and temperature tracking use fixed reference points but can be less accurate than adaptive techniques.
