This document describes a Bluetooth-based digital notice board project powered by solar energy. The notice board uses an LED display interfaced with a microcontroller to display messages received via Bluetooth from an Android application. Power is regulated from both a solar panel charging a battery, and a 230V AC main supply. The microcontroller code converts messages to a display format and shows them on the LED screen. This digital notice board allows wireless updating of notices in an efficient manner compared to traditional paper-based boards.
