This study analyzes the physicochemical parameters of Bhima River water in Khed Tahsil, Pune, over nine months, revealing significant fluctuations due to the discharge of agricultural, municipal, and industrial effluents. The findings indicate that the river water is unfit for human consumption and livestock due to high contamination levels. Key parameters monitored include temperature, pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids, alkalinity, and hardness, all of which highlighted the deteriorating water quality.
