A 40-year-old female presented with a 3-day history of headaches and difficulty closing her right eye. Her symptoms progressed to include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and transient visual disturbances in the right eye. Examination found right lower facial droop, weaker right eye closure, and limited ability to raise the right eyebrow, indicating a seventh nerve palsy.
