This document is a project proposal for the establishment of a Skybar restaurant and Skypark recreation area at Block E Level 2 of Taylor's University. It includes details of the project such as location, site analysis, design plans, cost estimates, and required approval procedures from local authorities. The total initial investment is estimated at RM250,000, with 95% for building construction. It is expected to create 10 new jobs.

I am currently a member of the Instrumentation team in Dover Engineering Limited and a registered member of Nigeria Society of Engineers and Council of Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)

Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.

development & international relations office. It has a great
view towards the basketball court, lake and the
commercial block. Regarding about the weather. The sun
will rise from the east and is partly blocked by other

inspections and connections schedule with relevant
agencies

4. Receive Road and Drainage Final Inspection
Once the road and drainage works has been completed, the
builder will request the Road and Drainage clearance
letter from the Engineering Department of CHKL. The
builder has to submit a construction report notification
and by signing form G 17, the Engineer certifies that all
works were carried out according to regulations. Form G17
will be filed along with Form F (Certificate of Completion
and Compliance (CCC) via OSC to the Engineering
Department.
5. Obtain Road and Drainage Clearance Letter
A date for the inspection will be set-up prior to the
issuance of clearance letter for the road and drainage
work

The Sewerage Certifying Agency (IWK) will carry out
an inspection of the sewerage system and issue to the
builder a clearance letter for sewerage.

Once the inspection has been carried out, a clearance
letter is issued to the Builder. This clearance letter
will allow the Engineer to issue the Certificate of
Completion and compliance (CCC).
9. Receive Fire Safety Final Inspection
Fire and Rescue Department will carry out fire safety
inspection

Fire and Rescue Department will issue to the builder
the clearance letter for fire safety
11. Receive Water Inspection
Water Authority SYABAS will conduct an onsite
inspection of the works and make the connection to
the public pipe.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, our improved site is now much
better and multipurpose. Without the team, I don’t
think we could able to make it through! This site
here is known for its environment and especially
the weather, It would be an ideal place for all
people to enjoy/studying. During the process,we
learned how to reconstruct a blank site into a
multipurpose and useful bar + park for all the
students. We also learned how to write a report and
our master plan properly.
We hope that our sky bar & park will bring lots of
benefit to all the students and also our lecturers.
We also would hope that they would use it wisely
and enjoy their meal without walking all the way
40. to commercial block to have a good meal. We would
love to see all the students enjoy and have their
new way of studying and learning inside the park.
