We are astonished as the viewers as we were expecting a conventional fairytale. There is a good use of
toilet humour and it is aimed at children or teenagers. We know right from the start that Shrek is a nice
character as he has a comical impact on the film. The sort of humour makes it different from normal,
conventional fairytales and also the big, ugly ogre would normally be a nasty creature but we know
straight away that this is not the case and he proves to be quite the contrary as the story unfolds.

When I got the invite to see Nicholas Stoller s work in progress comedy Neighbors back in February, I
didn t know what to expect. Of course, I knew it was going to be raunchy but my main concern was
whether the film would be actually funny. Seth Rogen s particular brand of comedy has been largely
hit or miss with me as there are times where I ve found him too abrasive (like in 2011 s ill advised
reimagining of venerable radio serial crime fighter the Green Hornet) but when he s in a role that
plays to his strengths, he can be absolutely hilarious. Despite my mixed feelings on Rogen, the biggest
wildcard in Neighbors was Zac Efron. Women specifically teenage girls may go crazy over his baby

people started to take that literally. I ve always been a fan of things that nobody could explain. I think
it s incredible that with all of the advancements in technology and science, there s still things that have
happened that make people scratch their heads and go, huh? When writing this speech, I considered
several different possibilities, the Bermuda Triangle, Amelia Earhart, but I finally settled on this. This
particular unexplained incident happened, as I said, in the year 1518. Today, I plan to explain to you
