we can test how much betacyanin was able to cross the cell membrane of the beet through various

Activity Based Costing
Activity based costing (ABC) methodology is an instrument designed to provide accountants and
managers with valuable costing information that will allow them to make sound strategic decisions. It
is used as a secondary methodology rather than a replacement for the company s primarily costing
system. The ABC methodology identifies activities in an organization and for each activity it assigns a
cost. The cost reflects the actual resource consumption by each activity that has been identified.
Under a traditional system, overhead cost is allocated to an activity based on hours or rates for direct
labor or machine usage. However, this approach does not clearly indicate how much overhead cost
will be needed in order to complete a job through a particular function. ABC methodology is to be
used as an alternative to traditional accounting where a business s overhead costs (indirect costs such
as electrical energy consumption for heating or cooling, or indirect cost associated with marketing) are

as antifungal agents.Antifungal susceptibility test revealed that nystatin were mostly active against
tested clinical isolates. In vitro antifungal activity of the different plant extracts against isolates
showed that acetonic extract of licorice, had high antifungal activity. In vivo study, topical application
of licorice gave promising and excellent healing response. We propose that the higher percentage of
(GC MS) of 3 O Methyl d glucose 29.1 %, most probably are the causes of its higher antifungal

In A Clean, Well Lighted Place, by Hemingway and Miss Brill by Katherine Mansfield what they both
have in common is the literary device theme loneliness. Theme is the general idea or insight revealed
in a narrative. These two stories are also different from the style of writing these two authors wrote
how to tell their stories.
Loneliness is introduced in the beginning of the short story A Clean, Well Lighted Place by
Hemingway. The deaf old man, with no wife and only a niece to care for him, is noticeably lonely. The
younger waiter, upset that the old man won t go home, shows himself and the old man in opposites:

The way Katherine Mansfield wrote Miss Brill she wrote a lot of details where you can imagine Miss

Billy loves skittles and has his mind set on them, the second he sees them. As soon as Billy finds out
