Lyon Park s CommUNITY Scholars After School Tutorial Program is located within Lyon Park
Community Family Life and Recreation Center. The building was originally constructed in 1922 as
the Old Cemetery School. The school was an African American school, eventually abandoned, until
Durham s West End community established the building as a community space (Lyon s Park School;
West End Community Foundation, Inc). In 2002, the Community Family Life and Recreation Center
opened, housing an auditorium, game room, dance studio, kitchen, gymnasium, meeting spaces, and

strengths, how far should universities go? What is the future of online education? Should colleges of
the future only offer online courses, or should face to face classes still be the primary form of

Because the lectures are outside of class, there is more time for discussion and clarification. The
lectures in strictly face to face courses are presented in class, so there is not usually enough time for in
depth discussions. MOOCs are entirely online, so there is no meeting for discussion. Blended courses
do meet and have time for discussions, but there are some drawbacks as well. For example, if a
student has a question that he or she cannot find the answer to, the student will have to wait until the
next in class meeting or email the professor to get the answer. In face to face classes, the student could
ask the professor immediately, but a student in a blended course would still be able to eventually ask
the professor in person, which is an advantage over a MOOC. Even though face to face classes have
more access to professors, and MOOCs do not require the student to come to campus, blended courses
remain beneficial to students because they provide more time for discussions and clarification than
other types of classes. Aside from more in class discussion, blended courses also allow students to set

My organization uses Cerner for the computer program and because of this culture change, there was a
close relation with Cerner personnel who were present during go live to help with the smooth
transition. According to Cresswell Sheikh, (2009) having a collaborative relationship with the designer
and the end user is important for the evaluation of the product.
Communication
For change to talk place communication has to be well explicit to it uses for easy understanding. There
were some setbacks in the communication of the change with the EHRs; most nurses did not really

during the practice session making it difficult for some nurse to follow alone. Some of the information
seems to be different with the fact that there were sessions held in different shift and repetition of the

Because of these difficulties with communication, lowering the expectation bar for nurse by increasing
more time for them to understand and practice the skills was implemented Cresswell Sheikh, (2009).

Nesseria meningitides can be part of the normal flora of the upper part of the respiratory tract (19). It
is a pathenogenic, gram negative aerobe, which resides primarily in mucous membranes. The shape of
the bacterium is diplococci (11). Nesseria meningitides is heterotrophic and reproduces by way of
