THE PROFESSIONALIZATION OF THE HACKER INDUSTRYijcsit
Society is inextricably dependent on the Internet and other globally interconnected infrastructures
used in the provisioning of information services. The growth of information technology (IT) and
information systems (IS) over the past decades has created an unprecedented demand for access to
information. The implication of wireless mobility are great, and the commercial possibilities of new and
innovative wireless flexibility are just beginning to be realized through the emergence of the Internet of
Things (IoT). This article takes a look the history of hacking and professionalization of the hacker industry.
As the hacker industry becomes more fully professionalized, it is becoming much more adaptive and
flexible, making it harder for intelligence and law enforcement to confront. Furthermore, the hacker
industry is blurring the distinction between motivated crime and traditional computer security threats -
including the disruption of critical infrastructures or the penetration of networks.

In today’s dynamic and technologically advanced world, the Internet has become one of the most innovative and rapidly growing technologies. With its rise, it has also become vulnerable to a significant increase in occurrences of cyber attacks, with detrimental effects. Typically, these cyber attacks are targeted at accessing, manipulating, or damaging confidential data, extracting users money, or extorting an organization’s or user’s private information. Sensitive information, whether intellectual property, financial data, confidential information, or other forms of private data are exposed to unauthorized access or disclosure, which can have adverse consequences. Protecting data has become one of the greatest obstacles today as cyber attacks are constantly escalating. Along with the growth of internet services and the advancement of information technology, the importance of cybersecurity is crucial. Cybersecurity aims to ensure that the security interests of the company and users assets are protected and preserved against relevant cyber threats in the digital world. The data and confidentiality of computing assets pertaining to the network of an organization are protected by cybersecurity. This paper mainly focuses on threats and issues in cybersecurity facing modern technologies. It also focuses on the latest cybersecurity strategies and developments that are transforming the face of cybersecurity. This paper reviewed the implications, challenges and the effects of cybercrimes and cybersecurity in the society. It fully defined cybersecurity based on governmental and national view, industrial view and academic view. From this it was concluded that cyber security and cyber-attack is best defined and prevented based on the field of research. This paper review 27 articles on cyber security and cybercrimes and it showed that cyber security is a complex task that relies on domain knowledge and requires cognitive abilities to determine possible threats from large amounts of network data. This study investigates how knowledge in network operations and information security influence the detection of intrusions in a simple network. This research paper also reviewed different strategies used by different researchers to prevent cyber-attack in different areas of work and also exposed the most recent used cyber security attacks, preventions, future threats and prospective ways to avoid cyber-attacks
In general cybercrime may be defined as “Any unlawful act where computer or communication device or computer network is used to commit or facilitate the commission of crime”.
Most cybercrime is an attack on information about individuals, corporations, or governments. Although the attacks do not take place on a physical body, they do take place on the personal or corporate virtual body, which is the set of informational attributes that define people and institutions on the Internet.
Issues with respect to the proper ownership and jurisdiction of information contained on the internet have set the stage for an ongoing legal debate over Cyber-Law and its impact on Cyber-Crime.
Enhanced Global Cyber-Security and proposed governing regulations are not a luxury, but a necessity, for today’s business and government entities which operate in real time environments.

The subject again seems complicated further complicate as cyber security is often conflated with cybercrime, or confused with related but distinct concepts such as cyber-resilience, cyber-warfare and cyber-defense. However, it is taken to mean the protection of digital information systems against attack, either by states or individual hackers.
The proposed law apparently drafted to protect the national interest from possible acts of citizens. It has mixed up the security of individual and nation.

Water billing management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Our project entitled “Water Billing Management System” aims is to generate Water bill with all the charges and penalty. Manual system that is employed is extremely laborious and quite inadequate. It only makes the process more difficult and hard.
The aim of our project is to develop a system that is meant to partially computerize the work performed in the Water Board like generating monthly Water bill, record of consuming unit of water, store record of the customer and previous unpaid record.
We used HTML/PHP as front end and MYSQL as back end for developing our project. HTML is primarily a visual design environment. We can create a android application by designing the form and that make up the user interface. Adding android application code to the form and the objects such as buttons and text boxes on them and adding any required support code in additional modular.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

Low power architecture of logic gates using adiabatic techniquesnooriasukmaningtyas
The growing significance of portable systems to limit power consumption in ultra-large-scale-integration chips of very high density, has recently led to rapid and inventive progresses in low-power design. The most effective technique is adiabatic logic circuit design in energy-efficient hardware. This paper presents two adiabatic approaches for the design of low power circuits, modified positive feedback adiabatic logic (modified PFAL) and the other is direct current diode based positive feedback adiabatic logic (DC-DB PFAL). Logic gates are the preliminary components in any digital circuit design. By improving the performance of basic gates, one can improvise the whole system performance. In this paper proposed circuit design of the low power architecture of OR/NOR, AND/NAND, and XOR/XNOR gates are presented using the said approaches and their results are analyzed for powerdissipation, delay, power-delay-product and rise time and compared with the other adiabatic techniques along with the conventional complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) designs reported in the literature. It has been found that the designs with DC-DB PFAL technique outperform with the percentage improvement of 65% for NOR gate and 7% for NAND gate and 34% for XNOR gate over the modified PFAL techniques at 10 MHz respectively.
