- I want to just end off with a quote from an AdWeek article. As much as we may know about what engages millennials, we clearly aren’t translating that into creating effective learning experiences. Why don’t we take the same approach to teaching them that we do to reaching them? We know millennials – and Gen Z’s too – consume information and learn differently. A training manual, or basic click-to-continue e-Learning is not enough to create engaging learning experiences.
