I can remember when Beyoncé first released Countdown, it was monumental because she was telling
the public about her pregnancy and we did not even realize it yet. I can remember vividly what year it
was and where I was. It was 2011, I was a Sophomore in high school, and it was Homecoming for us.

When searching for the various breeds of cattle for the 2016 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, I
came crossed a couple different breeds from Herefords, and main Anjou, but then I came crossed the
Charolais. During my researching and talking to my FFA advisor I found out that the Charolis can be
an easy to handle and they adapt to a new environment pretty quick. I chose to raise a Charolais
