Mobile Computing Technology
Monitoring Patient Vital Signs Monitoring patients with vital signs using mobile computing
technology had substantial growth for physicians. They are able to access information, resources and
people at the right time and place. What is so essential about mobile computing is the feature of the
healthcare delivery. Faster communication between the patients, wards, clinics, laboratories, operating
theaters and offices are very important. Physicians are able to complete these tasks with their patients
at a faster rate. This means the patient(s) are able to get the treatment they need faster and the
physicians are to take care more individuals than before. The mobile computing technology is an
emerging technology, which consist of wireless sensor networks. The wireless sensor is the smallest
unit of a network and some of the features supports large scale deployment, mobility, reliability and
other applications. According to (Hoon Jae, 2011), the main goals of WSNs are to deploy a number
sensor devices over an unattended area and transmit to certain locations.
Compare and Contrast Monitoring According to (VANCOUVER, 2012), Pairing medical diagnostics
with mobile phones will greatly advance the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of critical diseases in
developing countries, Ansermino said (para.4). The main focus on comparing and contrasting
monitoring mobile phones for vital signs is the quickness in the whole operation. Users can simply

The Effects Of Social Media On America
There was no warning of the immense tragedy that hit southern Louisiana on Friday, August 12, 2016.
A rain that came in harder than most hurricanes that have hit Louisiana. This down poor stayed in the
same place for several days and did not stop. Social media had a huge effect on how this tragedy
played out. Where help was being sent, who was okay and who was not okay. People resorted to using
their phones to check on people and letting people know where help was needed with Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, local news stations, and the radio. After everything slowed down and
recovery started, everyone stuck together as a community. People posted GoFundMe pages on
Facebook, started groups to start going out to neighborhoods to help work on houses also on
Facebook, fundraiser concerts were promoted on Instagram. The local news stations showed where to
go and what forms to fill out if they needed help with getting started on their homes. It was the second
day of my senior year when I was woken up by rumbling thunder. My two younger sisters and I all got
in my small convertible mustang and started to drive to school. I could not see through the window
because my windshield wipers were not going fast enough to keep up with the rainfall. The country
roads were flooded the second I started driving. Everyone was driving twenty to thirty miles an hour
and driving in the middle of the roads because the sides were flooding. Once we barely arrived at
school, we received a

Seasonal Affective Disorder
Alaskans experiences on average about five hours of sunlight during the winter months, sometimes
living in Alaska during the winter can take its toll on a person. The year 1984 was when Seasonal
Affective Disorder first became known in a research paper at the National Institute of Mental Health
in Bethesda, Maryland. Seasonal Affective Disorder mainly affects people in the winter season, but
can also affect people during the summer seasons. Seasonal Affective Disorder is best understood as a
form of depression that affects people in the winter and, less commonly, in the summer. This paper
will help provide a better understanding of S.A.D. and how it affects people living in Arctic climates.

McMahon , et al, 2014). Another factor that can play into S.A.D. is melatonin, which helps with sleep
and wake cycles. Rosenthal, et al, notes how the pineal gland, the gland that produces melatonin, will
react to dark surroundings with drowsiness that can lead people to being lethargic (as cited in Melrose,
2015). When melatonin increases and serotonin decreases, the offset of the proteins can cause
circadian rhythms to be disrupted, which is the bodies 24 hour clock. Researcher Melrose writes that
...circadian rhythms respond to the rhythmic light dark changes that occur daily and throughout each
of the seasons. (2015). People with S.A.D. disorder normally find that their circadian rhythms are off
beat and timed differently with day lengths, for example feeling tired in the middle of the day while
being wide awake or feeling wide awake when it would normally be time to sleep.
Treatments that follow with the diagnose of Seasonal Affective Disorder are antidepressant
medications, light therapy, vitamin D and counseling. Cheung, et al, (as cited in Melrose, 2015)
reports their findings with the antidepressant, fluoxetine and discovered that the medicine was just as
effective as light therapy. Light therapy is typically used in the mornings to help with circadian
rhythms to help set the persons clock . Light therapy usually consists of people sitting in front of

Magna Carta Dbq
In year 1215, one of the most significant documents was signed by King John, the Magna Carta. The
Magna Carta was constructed to reduce powers by King John, and to make him regulate the country
by the old English law. King John came to an agreement with a group of people who had been
rebelling against him the barons, he promised the group he would observe standards of conduct. The
Barons were a group of 25 men that did not agree with King John. They were unhappy with King
Johns greed and cruelty. The group allocated clause 61, ensuring the king complies with the terms.
The document guaranteed: freedom for the English church, protection of the law for all free men, and
freedom from excessive fines and taxation on citizens.
The Magna Carta is the foundation of our constitution, and has become a part of English law. There
are things from the Magna Carta that still apply in our constitution. For example, in chapter 39 of the
document it was stated that No freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or disseised, or outlawed, or
banished, or any ways destroyed, nor will we pass upon him, nor will we send upon him, unless by the
lawful judgment of his peers, or by the law of the land. This is allowing everyone to be heard in their
own defense. This is relating to the United States fifth amendment of the constitution. King John was
known for punishing his enemies without trial, him signing the Magna Carta took away his power to
do such. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The paper confronts assumptions about the English and UK constitutional framework leading up to
the Magna Carta and other documents that both lead up to, and follow it. Our constitution has roots in
English common law and written law. Common law was in place and used before written laws were
created. The Magna Carta was emplaced to end common law in England. The Manga Carta was the

Afghan Drug Trafficking
Drug trafficking is an international trade entailing the planting, manufacture, disbursement, as well as
sale of substances that are subject to drug ban rules. It is amid the most profitable unlawful businesses,
which prevails all over the globe. Currently, there are numerous illicit groups, which every year make
profits from drug trade (Lacher, 2013). Fighting drugs is a contemporary issue, challenging crime
management. Heroin and cocaine are the main drugs, which has had a long standing in the
international scene. Heroin is produced in large scale in Afghan, while cocaine production is
widespread in South America. The paper is a comparison and contrast of the Afghan heroin trade and
South American cocaine trade.

The criminal organizations are large and widespread all through the nations of their operation, which
makes it possible to convince farmers on the need to cultivate opium and coca. Because many of these
rural farmers are poor, it is easy for drug traffickers to convince them, via incentives, on the financial
benefits arising from drug manufacturing. Drug traffickers in Afghan have a close association with
terrorist organizations, as well as insurgents like the al Qaeda and Taliban. Research demonstrates that
the Taliban and al Qaeda generate a lot of income from unlawful drug trade in Afghanistan. The
groups are an international threat, when dealing with the problem of crime management, which makes
it even difficult for the Afghan administration to ban the criminal organization groups involvement in
heroin trade. In South America, drug trafficking is an organized business, where different groups are
in charge of manufacture, while other distribute the drug. From the 1990s, the Cali and Medellin
groups, had exclusive regulation in the making and selling of cocaine internationally. However, after
Pablo Escobar s passing away, and incarceration of Rodriguez brothers, the individuals leading the
organizations, the organized trade became decentralized to other criminal organizations. For instance,
Colombia s armed organizations are significantly engaged in drug trade. Currently, different
organizations working in small cells regulate the trade of

provides citizens with equal protection for all under the law. The 15th Amendment protects all citizens
from race discrimination on the grounds of race in the election. On April 14, 1876, Douglass made an
important speech at the inauguration of the Slavery Liberation Monument in Lincoln Park in
Washington. Douglass made candid remarks about late president, both positive and negative. Calling
Lincoln and white president , Douglass criticized Lincoln for his hesitant attitude towards the struggle

The Dual Coding Theory Of The Human Mind And Its Functions
Assignment introduction
Psychology is the scientific study of the human mind and its functions, including how it influences our
behaviour. Cognitive psychology is the study of human mental processes and their role in thinking,
feeling and behaving. It studies processes like attention, language use, memory, thinking, problem
solving, perception and creativity. Memory is the mental capacity to retain and revive events, facts,
impressions etc or recall and recognise previous experiences. We can remember information for
seconds, hours, weeks, months or years after the physical stimuli that was present has ceased to occur
or exist. This study will be based upon the dual coding theory (Pavio 1971) which was a theory that

Bower studied the effect of creating a visual image to assist verbal recall. In one experiment, the
participants were given out 100 different cards, one at a time which each had two unrelated words on
it , like cat and tree . The participants either had to remember the pair or create a visual scene in which
both objects were featured. When the participants were given a cued recall test (given the first of each
pair of words), the group who created a visual scene recalled 80% of the target words, whereas those
who did not remember an image could only recall 45%. It was proven that the images which were
more unusual were easier to remember, for example it would be better to visualise a cat living inside a
tree, rather than a cat climbing up a tree as the first scene is more unlikely and bizarre.
Experimental Hypothesis:
Individuals are more likely to recall words if it is given in picture form rather than just the word
shown alone.
Null Hypothesis:
Being shown images compared to just being showing the word does not change an individual s ability
to recall the word.
Method
The method of the study was to test whether being shown images to remember a word improves recall
of the given words in lab conditions.
Design
The design of this experiment was independent measures under lab conditions to ensure that the most
valid and comparable results were provided. Before the controlled experiment took

Music and Poetry
Music and Poetry
The poetry of William Wordsworth initiated the Romantic Era by emphasizing emotion, intuition, and
pleasure rather than form and affectation. His poems set the stage for John Keats, a central figure in
early 19th century Romanticism. The fundamental themes in the works of both poets include: the
beauty of nature; the consanguinity of dreams/visions and reality and yet the tendency of dreams to
mask reality; the intense emotions brought about by beauty and/or suffering; and the transience of
both sensation and human life. Although William Wordsworth and John Keats wrote poetry with
entirely different senses of purpose, they came together in the worship of a song that each found in
nature. Both Wordsworth and Keats ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Wordsworth s persona in The Solitary Reaper explores the limitations of language as he watches the
maiden in the field, enthralled by her melancholy strain (6). Unable to know of what she sings, he is
forced to rely only on musical characteristics to influence his reaction. Such things as tone, quality,
audible key, and tempo make it possible for one to grasp the essence of music. Although the maiden s
words flow from her lips in Gaelic, the persona is able to identify the emotions underlying her song
from the melodic nature of the lines she sings. Will no one tell me what she sings? Perhaps the
plaintive numbers flow For old, unhappy, far off things . . . Or is it some more humble lay, Familiar
matter of to day? Some natural sorrow, loss, or pain, That has been, and may be again?
Whate er the theme, the maiden sang As if her song could have no ending; (lines 17 25)
Wordsworth s persona s reliance on the melancholy sound of the maiden s song also forces him to
open his mind and his ears, leaving him free from any possible language based influence and entirely
enraptured by the sheer loveliness of the lass s simple, soul filled music.

Firstly when Tim arrives at the monastery, Pah Nanachat he is given an explanation about the vinaya
rules and the precepts carried out in the monastery. These rules are set by the Ajahn (head monk) to

The rules we follow are the same ones the Buddha laid down in the Vinaya twenty five hundred years

Federalism And Separation Of Power
In 18th century America, delegates representing twelve of the thirteen states gathered in Philadelphia
to correct the national government. At the time, the existing government, which was under the Articles
of Confederation, was too weak and not doing the job required to administer the new nation. On the
other hand, representatives from the states tried to create a strong internal government without
allowing one person, or party, to gain too much power. Consequently, the framers of the Constitution
took various precautions in order to prevent tyranny within the government. Guards like; checks and
balances, Federalism, separation of powers, and the balance of power between small and large were
implemented by the delegates in hopes of preventing ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In addition, the Constitution states that liberty requires that the three great departments of power
should be separate and distinct , implying that the Legislative Branch [Congress; House of
Representatives and Senate] should be completely unrelated, in terms of responsibility, to the
Executive [President] and the Judiciary [courts]. Although different in responsibility, the three
branches are equal in power and all take part in federal processes. While the Legislative Branch
creates laws, the Executive can choose to enforce laws made by Congress. However, if the nature of
the law(s) are questionable, the Judiciary can step in and declare the act as unconstitutional. Similar to
Federalism, all branches have specific checks on each other in order to balance power. For example,
the Executive has the ability to to appoint justices to the courts, with the approval of congress.
However, Congress can impeach a president or judge if they have committed an act of treason. In turn,
the Judicial Branch can declare laws and acts created by the Congress as unconstitutional. To
summarize, separation of powers can help guard against tyranny by preventing the accumulation of
powers, for the accumulation of all powers... in the same hands, whether one, a few or, many... may be

The Location Of An Ecosystem
Location The location of an ecosystem affects its functioning. At a global scale, latitude, distance from
the sea and altitude play decisive roles in determining climate and ultimately the nature of particular
ecosystems. The Great Barrier Reef is found along the Queensland coastline. It stretches as far north
as Papa New Guinea, 8o South Latitude, to just above (north) of Fraser Island, 24o South Latitude, (an
approximate 2300 Km stretch). There are four main regions along the Great Barrier Reef. These are
The Northern, Central, Mackay, and Southern Region. The Great Barrier Reef also has continuity both
geographically and temporally. Reef drilling data has proved that the reef in the north is 1km to 2km s
thick and existed about 15 million years ago. However the southern region of the reef is much thinner
at only 120 meters thick and younger at only about 2 million years. Due to this location the corals
which require a very specific conditions are able to grow due to the right amount of light which is the
main food source of the zooxanthellae which are organisms contained in the corals. Corals are limited
to areas of the sea where the water temperature does not fall below 17 degrees Celsius and doesn t
exceed 34 degrees Celsius and the coral system prefers to be in a relatively stable saline conditions as
elevated levels stunt coral growth and low levels will result in the zooxanthellae dying. Thus creating

Physical Value in Keats Ode on a Grecian Urn Essay
Physical Value in Keats Ode on a Grecian Urn
The poetry of John Keats contains many references to physical things, from nightingales to gold and
silver garnished things, and a casual reader might be tempted to accept these at face value, as simple
physical objects meant to evoke a response either sensual or emotional; however, this is not the case.
Keats, in the poem Ode Upon a Grecian Urn, turns the traditional understanding of physical objects on
its head, and uses them not solid tangible articles, but instead as metaphors for and connections to
abstract concepts, such as truth and eternity.
In the poem, Keats dismisses the value of physical things as only corporeal for what he feels is more
substantial and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
What is the metaphysical truth then, that Keats seeks to connect to the physical beauty of the Grecian
urn? Webster defines truth as Conformity to fact or reality; exact accordance with that which is, or has
been; or shall be. ; another description, more Romantic and fitting to Keats, is Bertrand Russell s:
Truth is a shining goddess, always veiled, always distant, never wholly approachable, but worthy of
all the devotion of which the human spirit is capable. . Keats is essentially saying through the urn that
truth, the conforming to facts, is the exact same thing as physical beauty; beauty is a factual attribute
of an object.
An analysis of the text, searching for connections between the abstract and the tangible, would do
much to elucidate this matter. The poem is broken into five parts.
The first section opens with a description of the urn as a bride, a foster child, a historian. All these
personifications are subtle linkings of the abstract actions related to those roles which Keats assigns to
the concrete object, the urn. He then further reinforces this subtle link with a series of observations on
what is painted on the urn. What men or gods are these? What maidens loath? / What mad pursuit?
What struggle to escape? / What pipes and timbrels? What wild ecstasy? (lines 8 10) is another
demonstration; he makes

Building Face Composites Can Harm Lineup Identification...
1: Briefly describe the aim(s) of the study:
In the extract the authors state that the aim of the experiment was to determine if the composite
building process could harm (or alter) the builder s remembrance of a face in a lineup identification
situation. The study also seems to have a number of secondary aims with the two experiments using
still photos in the lineup in experiment #1 and the eyewitnesses watching a replicated crime video in
its place of still photos for experiment #2. The 2nd experiment also questions what will happen if the
witness views a lineup that does not contain the actual target, whereas in the first experiment the target
was always in the lineup.
2: Indicate whether or not the study was theoretically motivated:
The introduction segment of the article delivers substantial review of the literature that has driven the
study. They note that over the last 25 30 years, cognitive and social psychologists have performed
research questioning the accuracy of eyewitness identification evidence and are planning methods to
advance eyewitness identification precision (Cutler Penrod, 1995; Wells, 1993). Additionally they note
that the U.S justice system has now started to incorporate better methods of eyewitness identification
based on this psychological research (Wells et al., 2000).

who were convicted of crimes they did not commit, and the vast

Definition of Alliterative Verse
Definition of Alliterative Verse
Old English literature encompasses writings in Anglo Saxon England during its conversion to
Christianity in the 7th century up until the Norman Conquest in 1066. The roots of Anglo Saxon
poetry were based on Germanic tradition that was mainly in the form of alliterative verse (Greenblatt).
When comparing to other forms of poetry, there are 6 key characteristics that define alliterative verse:
four beat lines, medial caesuras, enjambments, half line alliteration, kennings and litotes. In addition
to Beowulf and Caedmon s Hymn , examples will also be taken from my alliterative verse translation
of the nursery rhyme Little Jack Horner .

If there are two pairs of different alliterative sounds, each pair does not have to be in the same half
line. For example in line 5 from Beowulf, a wrecker of mead benches, rampaging among foes there is
repetition of both r and m sounds. In the first line of Caedmon s Hymn , Sing prayers, and sound
praises of (1), half line alliteration is seen in the s and p sounds. There are not pairs of half line
alliteration in Jack the Horner. However, in the last line there are three alliterative stress syllables that
are linked by the p sound, Gleefully pulling a purple plum .
A kenning is a metaphoric, two term or compound expression used in place of a name or noun (
kenning ). In Beowulf, the term whale road in line 10 is a kenning for the ocean. In Caedmon s Hymn
, Wonder Father also means God. In my poem, Santa s big day is meant to be a kenning for Christmas.
A litote is an understatement in which an affirmative is expressed by negating its opposite ( litote ). In
Beowulf one of many litotes is seen lines 43 44, they decked his body no less bountifully , where no
less just means more, so that his body was actually more bountifully decked (Heaney) In the first line
of my alliterative verse poem, I used a litote. Jack the Horner, not gigantic was he. Not gigantic is the
litote in that it describes Jack as little. Anglo Saxon alliterative verse is defined by its structuring of
stress

Equal Wage Essay
Despite the fact that the Equal Pay Act has been law since 1963, many problems inevitably arise in the
administration of equal pay laws (Fisher). It has been estimated that at this current slow rate of
progression in closing the gender pay gap it will be 2068 by the time men and women s wages are
equalized. It is clear that the business case, as well as the legislative case, has a significant role to play
(Commission Policy Report). There are some factors which stop or slow equal pay for genders. These
are behavioral factors, corporate culture and policies, human resource practices and social and

me. I attended the Brahma Kumaris meditation center to learn more about what meditation consists of
and expand my knowledge on why this is a big part in the Hindu religion. In class we I learned about
the different types of yoga that is practiced in Hinduism. Jhana yoga, Bhakti yoga, Karma yoga, and
Raja yoga are the different types of yoga practiced and I had some sort of understanding on what I
would possibly see in the meditation session. I did some research on what the Brahma Kumaris

The willingness to delay gratification has been studied widely as it predicts social outcomes such as
substance abuse or obesity. Many researchers have focused on cognitive control, which is considered
to have a major influence on the individuals abilities to delay gratification. However, in addition to
cognitive control, social trust also affects the delay of gratification since delaying gratification will
make sense only if a person is sure that the reward will actually be given. In the present study,
Michaelson and Munakata (2016) therefore, tested the influence of social trust on delaying
gratification of children by manipulating trust that is unrelated to reward expectation. The researchers

descendants from German speaking nations in and around Europe (Henderson, 2010). As such, church
hymns and other important documents are written in a type of Germanic language, known sometimes
as Pennsylvania Dutch. German and Pennsylvania Dutch are still common methods for formal
communication within the Amish community, although most of its members speak English in informal
situations. The community also upholds social roles that many would find outdated. Women are
restricted to the household, and thus their roles are severely limited compared to women in modern
communities. It is the men that have more freedom within the community. Also, many within the
Amish community tend to take the view point that everything happens for a reason. This then impacts
their overall view of individual health and tragedies. When an individual gets sick or dies, many
within the community believe it was God s will, and so often not much is done to prevent God s will
from manifesting (Henderson, 2010). Thus, it is clear that their cultural and religious beliefs impact
their overall health.
The Amish extreme views and beliefs often keep them separate from the rest of society, which can
have an impact on their overall health and how they

Emerging From The Global Recession Of 1973-1975
Emerging from the global recession of 1973 1975, the resulting surge of neoliberalism transformed the
global economy into a secularized faith that draws on anxiety and responsibility for sustenance. Debt
answers to anxiety and allows for a greater participation in the economy, subsequently, debtors
become shackled to their indebtedness, which evolves into a continuous moral burden. The
relationship between credit and debt has developed into a necessary technique of govern
ment under
neoliberal regimes, as a means of securing order in an era that has seen a rapid growth of poverty and
inequality. Consequently, the conversion from Keynesianism to Neoliberalism required five
compulsory reforms: one, rollback of the welfare state to eliminate social safety nets, two, an attack on
the power of organized labor to stagnate wages, three, precarization of labor markets to incite
occupational anxiety, four, financialization of the economy to exacerbate income inequality and finally
fifth, exponential expansion of debt, which restrains debtors and holds the system together. Therefore,
Neoliberalism reorganized Keynesian capitalism to secure hegemony of finance capital, a project of
the wealth owning classes to reverse the impediments they had encountered during the era of
Keynesian social welfare.
Prior to the Great Depression, global economic policy had remained consistent since the 17th century,
laissez faire. Incidentally, in 1929, the stock market crash and the Great Depression

Effects of Alcohol
There are many opinions that have been put across regarding alcohol consumption. Some are biased
while others are based on either prejudice or beliefs. However the truth is that alcohol has its own
merits and demerits. Every drinker has already at least some of the short term alcohol effects like a
hangover or a bad night s sleep. Long term effects are usually experienced when it is quite late. Heavy
drinking results to a staggering walk, indistinct words and memory lapses. Upon drinking, one
develops difficulties with their stability, judgement and harmonisation. One usually takes a gradual
reaction to stimuli, a reason why drinking poses danger to driving. This is a result of the way alcohol

Alcohol does a lot of things to our bodies that we are not wary of (Garbutt, 2012. Some heavy
drinking habits like bingeing causes the clumping together of platelets hence causing heart disease or
stroke. It may also lead to cardiomyopathy, a dangerous condition that weakens the heart muscle and
eventually failing it. Heart rhythm abnormalities like atrial and ventricular fibrillation are also bound
to develop. Addiction is also another problem that comes along with alcohol consumption. Some
people have been witnesses to have been unstable until they grabbed a cup of gin. This is a condition
that poses danger to the drinker. Such people are not able to control their intake amount once they
commence drinking. They are also bound to lose their in inappropriate situations. According to
Klatsky, one should consider age, sex, health status, and family history before engaging in alcohol

is proven that women are more susceptible to the alcohol effects than their male counterparts. This is
due to the reason that their bodies have

Anal Fissure Research Paper
Most people initially become aware they have a tear in the skin around their anus because of the
stinging and burning that occurs when they use the bathroom. These tears are known as anal fissures.
In addition to the pain, sufferers may also notice a small amount of bleeding while using the
bathroom. If this happens to you, you may be aware of when the tear occurred, especially if it was
caused by straining during constipation or passing an especially hard stool.
How Do Anal Fissures Become A Chronic Issue?
For the majority of sufferers, an anal fissure is a minor annoyance that will heal on its own without
any additional treatment from your doctor. These occurrences are known as acute cases, and are

This diagnosis may be made by a general practitioner or a proctologist after about six weeks of
symptoms from the tear. If treatment is not applied, chronic anal fissures could exist and continue to
be symptomatic for a year or even longer.
For some sufferers, the issue may lie in the fact that the cause of the tear has not be resolved.
For example, if constipation is a frequent problem, you may need to increase your fiber intake or use a
stool softener regularly. The best option is to discuss how to manage your bowel issues with your
healthcare provider.
Although fissure symptoms typically disappear within an hour or two after using the bathroom, this
type of chronic issue can cause a lot of pain in the meantime. If the tear has not healed by the six week
mark, or has healed and then occured again, a visit to your doctor is the most effective method to
ensure there is not a more serious problem and you find relief quickly.

The Obamacare Act
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare) was signed into law by President
Barack Obama on March 23, 2010. While the act is directed at addressing one of the country s most
pressing problems, it generated much controversy as a consequence of the ethical dilemmas that it
brings on. The act provides individuals with a wider range of choices and control over their health
coverage. It provides a series of benefits such as people getting lower costs on coverage, several
important health benefits being covered in the Marketplace, more help in local areas, and pre existing
conditions being covered. However, it also involves a legislation claiming that most people have to
have health coverage by 2014, with those who do not have it having to pay a fee.
While the Obamacare act has both pros and cons, people are likely to support it or disagree to it on
account of the perspective that they see things from. In spite of the fact that the act involves a series of
benefits, it is difficult and almost impossible for one to ignore the fact that it is likely to cause a
significant shortage of healthcare professionals and that it is also probable to cause an increase in drug
prices.

The Effects Of The Child Beauty Pageant
The Negative Effects of the Child Beauty Pageant
By: Pamela Wingate
English Composition 2
Individual Assignment 5
May 28, 2015
Abstract
This paper will explore the negative effects that a beauty pageant has on a child. While many people
think that these pageants are an overall good experience for any child this paper contains and explores
research paper that will outline the negative effects these pageants have on the children in them, some
of them being long term effects. Some of these effects include mental anguish that is formed from
children being in these contests and the effects the pageants have on a family as a whole. Together
these findings show that perhaps these beauty pageants should not be something that a child should
participate in, or be forced into participating in. Keywords: children, beauty pageants, negative, effects
The first beauty pageant geared towards children was the Little Miss America Pageant which took
place in the 1960 s in New Jersey. Originally participation in these pageants was intended to be for
young girls between the ages of 13 and 17. Since then these pageants had a steady following. Pageants
aren t the dress up play we knew as little girls, they are a multi billion dollar industry. (Cartwright,
2011) However, over the past few years the child beauty pageant has gained mass popularity thanks to
popular television shows such as Toddlers and Tiaras. Shows like this have the purpose and goal of

Parodies of Victorian Lifestyle Essay
Parodies of Victorian Lifestyle in Adventures in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass and What
Alice Found
It is no accident that the grotesque style in literature tends to be prevalent in eras marked by radical
change and stress. Such was the Victorian period, within which a whirl of social, economic, and
religious change took place . . . (Chang par. 2). This distorted writing can be unquestionably seen in
the works of Lewis Carroll, namely his world famous pieces, Alice s Adventures in Wonderland and
Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There (commonly known as Alice in Wonderland
and Through the Looking Glass ). In several instances throughout the Alice books, Carroll mocks
Victorian lifestyle. These ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Accepted norms now seem foreign to Alice, and in many ways she becomes an outcast (Polisner par.
3). Carroll is mocking the Victorians because with every new thing that Alice learns, they seem to
cancel out her past lessons.
Since Victorians were so concerned with learning more about themselves and the world around them,
they came to be great inventors; they were the first to invent to create solutions to problems and better
themselves. Alice realizes the fruitlessness of the White Knight s inventions upon discovering the
mousetrap on his horse s back. In response to this, she remarks, it isn t very likely there would be any
mice on a horse s back Not very likely, perhaps, said the Knight; but if they do come, I don t choose to
have them running all about (Through the Looking Glass ch. 8). Instead of making like simpler, the
solutions to the Knight s problems create more problems. I see you re admiring my little box, the
Knight said in a friendly tone. It s my own invention to keep clothes and sandwiches in. You see I
carry it upside down, so that the rain ca n t get in. But the things can get out, Alice gently remarked.
Do you know the lid s open? (Through the Looking Glass ch. 8). The title of the chapter, It s My Own
Invention , suggests that Lewis Carroll is making a mockery of Victorian inventions. This also holds
true because of the repetitive use of the

Caregivers View Point:
Being the caregiver to a terminally ill patient has to be one of the most extraordinarily jobs out there,

could suggest that the bacterium is a slow grower or that the cells are older and dying. This can affect
the results of testing. We did to place an agar slant and broth tube in the incubator for 48 hours at 25

slant that was grown at 37 degrees Celsius. The broth that was incubated for 48 hours at 25 degrees

thick white clunks floating throughout and the uniform fine turbidity. All of the biochemical testing on

That to Him is saying that you are the son of the father of lies.
What are the common objections to the traditional understanding of Christology, and how do you
respond to them?
Some objections were it being a philosophical idea than it being historical revelation. Another was that
there is no divine production of the world or there being three different people but as a union. There s
another one saying that Jesus didn t fully become man and didn t have the true things of man. How I
would respond to this is by starting off with saying yes it is true that He didn t fully become man, but
He still have all things that man have reason is because He would not be able to come to save our
souls and prolong our lives as well as being kept from condemnation to the point where you won t
have no chance to tell God who you are. We would have been sent straight to hell without no anymore
chances at all. But for Apollinaris saying He didn t have any man like qualities or attributes that will
show that He has came to us as a man.
In what ways is Christ in his humanity an example to you?
He is an example to me in a way that Love will and can conquer all. Also, being led by the Father
leads you in the right direction, give you knowledge and wisdom to do or say. That trusting in Him
you can receive things that are really more substantial than material

Many Americans believe that their health care system is the finest in North America, and probably

other developed countries systems, including Australia, Germany, Canada, France, Sweden, New
Zealand, Norway, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, in a survey by the
Commonwealth Fund in 2014 (Hellmann). Countries received ranks according to several factors, like
access to a physician or quality of care (Hellmann). That same year, an estimated 42 million

could save an estimated 100,000 American lives (Fox and Shaw 1). Unfortunately, only 3% of
America s gargantuan healthcare expenditures goes toward preventive care while America spends a
ridiculous 75% of those expenditures treating preventable diseases ( Health Reform ). The necessity of
preventive care is obvious, which is why the ACA mandated that, by 2018, all health insurance plans

of health insurance plans to cover preventive services without charging a deductible or copay (Fox and

expansion will have access to a large selection of preventive services, and will not pay copays or

Benefits Of Legalizing Abortion
Over the years, abortion has been a large source of discussion with people arguing whether or not it
should be legalized. However, it has been shown in the past that making abortion illegal would not
stop abortion and neither would it stop the death rate from abortion. There s a chance that the death
rate will only rise. In addition, banning abortion would not only take away a woman s right to control
her own life and health, but also force women to go through with a pregnancy they are unprepared for.
People from each side of the argument can agree that abortion can be prevented, but a woman should
not be forced to have a child when she is not prepared for it. Making abortions illegal is not the way to

single woman will put her child up for adoption. Finding common ground on the abortion debate is

The Cause Of Global Warming
Human activities is the cause of Global Warming
Global warming is an on going issue that exists and affects the entire globe. It is defined as the
increase in the overall temperature of the Earth s atmosphere. The science behind global warming
explains its occurrence as incoming sun radiation in the form short waves is transmitted to the
atmosphere. Then the Earth s surface absorbs the radiation. Once the radiation is absorbed it is
converted into long wave radiation, which takes about two to three hours; after its conversion the
surface emits long wave radiation back to space. However, some of the long wave radiation gets
reradiated back since it is not able to pass through the atmosphere due to the weakness of the long
waves. Green house gases such as water vapor, carbon dioxide, ozone, and more then absorb the
reradiated radiation causing the Earth to warm, which is known as the green house effect. The intense
warmth of the Earth s surface has lead to global warming. Despite, global warming being a global
issue it is also a controversial issue. Since scientists are unable to come to an agreement upon the real
cause of global warming. The scientific realm is a divided spectrum, where one side such as the
International Panel on Climate Change argues, that cause of global warming is due to anthropogenic
activities, which have caused the significant increase in the concentration of green house gases. On the
other end of the spectrum the Non governmental International

Mining Control And Reclamation Act ( Smcra ) Essay
Dirty energy production in the United States has disastrous environmental impacts thanks to a broken
regulatory system. Environmental devastation from coal extraction is unmatched. The most popular
form of coal mining is mountaintop removal mining, a form of surface mining which removes
mountaintops to reach coal. The popularity of mountaintop removal mining is due to the cost
effectiveness of the process; unfortunately, the only one saving on costs is the miners, and at the
expense of the environment. Deforestation; harm in aquatic communities; accelerated sediment and
nutrient transport; increased algal production, as well as possible human health impacts from poorly
regulated remediation requirements by SMCRA, results in gross environmental degradation. This
essay proposes an amendment to section 515 (the approximate original contour requirement) of
SMCRA; restoration should require the reclaimed area to have the same environmental utility it had
prior to the mining operation.
A brief overview of mountaintop removal mining and mine remediation processes will be provided at
the outset of the essay. Further, the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act (SMCRA) will be
explained in regards to mountaintop removal mining remediation. The aforementioned is
supplemented by a brief explanation of other related regulations. Lastly, judicial precedent will be
used to verify the utility of the proposed amendments to SMCRA. The positive environmental impact

The Time Of Time Management
Riviera Sperduto s Time Diary reflection Time Management: Time management has been both not an
issue for me and also a very big problem that I have been trying to work on through this semester. This
is currently my 3rd semester in college but by far it has been the hardest. I decided that I wanted to
ease myself back into school this year after not having a good spring semester last year. I only have 14

also had a lot of gigs lined up I also knew that I would have to work for a good amount of time from
my week I just didn t know exactly how much because I didn t know how much money I would need.
Well after discovering that I would have to completely pay for all of my own bills out here while
going to school I started working on average 35 hours a week for half of September, all month in
October, and half of November. I was working so much and I just felt so stressed out. Sometimes I just
had to stop doing everything and relax by playing video games or hanging out with people on the
occasional day off during the week I would get. I was barely keeping up with everything and I didn t
feel happy at all. I never once felt a release from any of the stressors I was facing and I always felt so
behind on work. I felt like I just had to choose which class was my priority for the moment and just
focus on that project or study for the midterm that s coming up that week. Now,

A rain that came in harder than most hurricanes that have hit Louisiana. This down poor stayed in the same place for several days and did not stop. Social media had a huge effect on how this tragedy played out. Where help was being sent, who was okay and who was not okay. People resorted to using their phones to check on people and letting people know where help was needed with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, local news stations, and the radio. After everything slowed down and recovery started, everyone stuck together as a community. People posted GoFundMe pages on Facebook, started groups to start going out to neighborhoods to help work on houses also on Facebook, fundraiser concerts were promoted on Instagram. The local news stations showed where to go and what forms to fill out if they needed help with getting started on their homes. It was the second day of my senior year when I was woken up by rumbling thunder. My two younger sisters and I all got in my small convertible mustang and started to drive to school. I could not see through the window because my windshield wipers were not going fast enough to keep up with the rainfall. The country roads were flooded the second I started driving. When the participants were given a cued recall test (given the first of each pair of words), the group who created a visual scene recalled 80% of the target words, whereas those who did not remember an image could only recall 45%. It was proven that the images which were more unusual were easier to remember, for example it would be better to visualise a cat living inside a tree, rather than a cat climbing up a tree as the first scene is more unlikely and bizarre. Experimental Hypothesis: Individuals are more likely to recall words if it is given in picture form rather than just the word shown alone. Null Hypothesis: Being shown images compared to just being showing the word does not change an individual s ability to recall the word. Method The method of the study was to test whether being shown images to remember a word improves recall of the given words in lab conditions. Design The design of this experiment was independent measures under lab conditions to ensure that the most valid and comparable results were provided. Before the controlled experiment took ... • 9. Music and Poetry Music and Poetry The poetry of William Wordsworth initiated the Romantic Era by emphasizing emotion, intuition, and pleasure rather than form and affectation. His poems set the stage for John Keats, a central figure in early 19th century Romanticism. The fundamental themes in the works of both poets include: the beauty of nature; the consanguinity of dreams/visions and reality and yet the tendency of dreams to mask reality; the intense emotions brought about by beauty and/or suffering; and the transience of both sensation and human life. Although William Wordsworth and John Keats wrote poetry with entirely different senses of purpose, they came together in the worship of a song that each found in nature. Both Wordsworth and Keats ... Wordsworth s persona in The Solitary Reaper explores the limitations of language as he watches the maiden in the field, enthralled by her melancholy strain (6). Unable to know of what she sings, he is forced to rely only on musical characteristics to influence his reaction. Such things as tone, quality, audible key, and tempo make it possible for one to grasp the essence of music. Although the maiden s words flow from her lips in Gaelic, the persona is able to identify the emotions underlying her song from the melodic nature of the lines she sings. Will no one tell me what she sings? Perhaps the plaintive numbers flow For old, unhappy, far off things . . . Or is it some more humble lay, Familiar matter of to day? Some natural sorrow, loss, or pain, That has been, and may be again? Whate er the theme, the maiden sang As if her song could have no ending; (lines 17 25) Wordsworth s persona s reliance on the melancholy sound of the maiden s song also forces him to open his mind and his ears, leaving him free from any possible language based influence and entirely enraptured by the sheer loveliness of the lass s simple, soul filled music. At the time, the existing government, which was under the Articles of Confederation, was too weak and not doing the job required to administer the new nation. On the other hand, representatives from the states tried to create a strong internal government without allowing one person, or party, to gain too much power. At a global scale, latitude, distance from the sea and altitude play decisive roles in determining climate and ultimately the nature of particular ecosystems. The Great Barrier Reef is found along the Queensland coastline. It stretches as far north as Papa New Guinea, 8o South Latitude, to just above (north) of Fraser Island, 24o South Latitude, (an approximate 2300 Km stretch). There are four main regions along the Great Barrier Reef. These are The Northern, Central, Mackay, and Southern Region. The Great Barrier Reef also has continuity both geographically and temporally. Reef drilling data has proved that the reef in the north is 1km to 2km s thick and existed about 15 million years ago. However the southern region of the reef is much thinner at only 120 meters thick and younger at only about 2 million years. Due to this location the corals which require a very specific conditions are able to grow due to the right amount of light which is the main food source of the zooxanthellae which are organisms contained in the corals. Corals are limited to areas of the sea where the water temperature does not fall below 17 degrees Celsius and doesn t exceed 34 degrees Celsius and the coral system prefers to be in a relatively stable saline conditions as elevated levels stunt coral growth and low levels will result in the zooxanthellae dying. Physical Value in Keats Ode on a Grecian Urn Essay Physical Value in Keats Ode on a Grecian Urn The poetry of John Keats contains many references to physical things, from nightingales to gold and silver garnished things, and a casual reader might be tempted to accept these at face value, as simple physical objects meant to evoke a response either sensual or emotional; however, this is not the case. Keats, in the poem Ode Upon a Grecian Urn, turns the traditional understanding of physical objects on its head, and uses them not solid tangible articles, but instead as metaphors for and connections to abstract concepts, such as truth and eternity. In the poem, Keats dismisses the value of physical things as only corporeal for what he feels is more substantial and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... What is the metaphysical truth then, that Keats seeks to connect to the physical beauty of the Grecian urn? Webster defines truth as Conformity to fact or reality; exact accordance with that which is, or has been; or shall be. ; another description, more Romantic and fitting to Keats, is Bertrand Russell s: Truth is a shining goddess, always veiled, always distant, never wholly approachable, but worthy of all the devotion of which the human spirit is capable. . Keats is essentially saying through the urn that truth, the conforming to facts, is the exact same thing as physical beauty; beauty is a factual attribute of an object. An analysis of the text, searching for connections between the abstract and the tangible, would do much to elucidate this matter. The poem is broken into five parts. The first section opens with a description of the urn as a bride, a foster child, a historian. All these personifications are subtle linkings of the abstract actions related to those roles which Keats assigns to the concrete object, the urn. He then further reinforces this subtle link with a series of observations on what is painted on the urn. What men or gods are these? What maidens loath? / What mad pursuit? What struggle to escape? / What pipes and timbrels? What wild ecstasy? (lines 8 10) is another demonstration; he makes the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Definition of Alliterative Verse Definition of Alliterative Verse Old English literature encompasses writings in Anglo Saxon England during its conversion to Christianity in the 7th century up until the Norman Conquest in 1066. The roots of Anglo Saxon poetry were based on Germanic tradition that was mainly in the form of alliterative verse (Greenblatt). When comparing to other forms of poetry, there are 6 key characteristics that define alliterative verse: four beat lines, medial caesuras, enjambments, half line alliteration, kennings and litotes. However, in the last line there are three alliterative stress syllables that are linked by the p sound, Gleefully pulling a purple plum . A kenning is a metaphoric, two term or compound expression used in place of a name or noun ( kenning ). In Beowulf, the term whale road in line 10 is a kenning for the ocean. In Caedmon s Hymn , Wonder Father also means God. In my poem, Santa s big day is meant to be a kenning for Christmas. A litote is an understatement in which an affirmative is expressed by negating its opposite ( litote ). In Beowulf one of many litotes is seen lines 43 44, they decked his body no less bountifully , where no less just means more, so that his body was actually more bountifully decked (Heaney) In the first line of my alliterative verse poem, I used a litote. They are a religious group that has upheld the standards of a life far removed from the modern world. The Amish come from descendants from German speaking nations in and around Europe (Henderson, 2010). As such, church hymns and other important documents are written in a type of Germanic language, known sometimes as Pennsylvania Dutch. German and Pennsylvania Dutch are still common methods for formal communication within the Amish community, although most of its members speak English in informal situations. The community also upholds social roles that many would find outdated. Women are restricted to the household, and thus their roles are severely limited compared to women in modern communities. It is the men that have more freedom within the community. Also, many within the Amish community tend to take the view point that everything happens for a reason. This then impacts their overall view of individual health and tragedies. When an individual gets sick or dies, many within the community believe it was God s will, and so often not much is done to prevent God s will from manifesting (Henderson, 2010). Thus, it is clear that their cultural and religious beliefs impact their overall health. Emerging From The Global Recession Of 1973-1975 Emerging from the global recession of 1973 1975, the resulting surge of neoliberalism transformed the global economy into a secularized faith that draws on anxiety and responsibility for sustenance. Debt answers to anxiety and allows for a greater participation in the economy, subsequently, debtors become shackled to their indebtedness, which evolves into a continuous moral burden. The relationship between credit and debt has developed into a necessary technique of govern ment under neoliberal regimes, as a means of securing order in an era that has seen a rapid growth of poverty and inequality. Consequently, the conversion from Keynesianism to Neoliberalism required five compulsory reforms: one, rollback of the welfare state to eliminate social safety nets, two, an attack on the power of organized labor to stagnate wages, three, precarization of labor markets to incite occupational anxiety, four, financialization of the economy to exacerbate income inequality and finally fifth, exponential expansion of debt, which restrains debtors and holds the system together. Therefore, Neoliberalism reorganized Keynesian capitalism to secure hegemony of finance capital, a project of the wealth owning classes to reverse the impediments they had encountered during the era of Keynesian social welfare. Prior to the Great Depression, global economic policy had remained consistent since the 17th century, laissez faire. Incidentally, in 1929, the stock market crash and the Great Depression ... • 33. Chemical Testing And Its Effect On The Growth Of An Agar... Discussion The gram stain result showed that my unknown was a pink long individual rods this means that it is a gram negative bacilli. The growth on the agar of unknown appear off white with straight growth and the broth growth was uniform fine turbidity. Uniform fine turbidity means there is cloudy growth throughout the test tube. As time progressed the broth appeared clear with some sediment. This could suggest that the bacterium is a slow grower or that the cells are older and dying. This can affect the results of testing. We did to place an agar slant and broth tube in the incubator for 48 hours at 25 degrees Celsius to see if the temperature affects the growth. The agar slant looked the same as agar slant that was grown at 37 degrees Celsius. The broth that was incubated for 48 hours at 25 degrees Celsius did suggest that it was able to grow better at this temperature being the growth in tube with the thick white clunks floating throughout and the uniform fine turbidity. All of the biochemical testing on this unknown was done at 37 degrees Celsius except when checking growth at 25 degree Celsius. The unknown showed a negative result citrate test. This means the unknown doesn t use citrate as its sole carbon source for energy. The thiogycollate test with unknown resulted with the growth within the band and below it. What are the common objections to the traditional understanding of Christology, and how do you respond to them? Some objections were it being a philosophical idea than it being historical revelation. Another was that there is no divine production of the world or there being three different people but as a union. There s another one saying that Jesus didn t fully become man and didn t have the true things of man. How I would respond to this is by starting off with saying yes it is true that He didn t fully become man, but He still have all things that man have reason is because He would not be able to come to save our souls and prolong our lives as well as being kept from condemnation to the point where you won t have no chance to tell God who you are. We would have been sent straight to hell without no anymore chances at all. But for Apollinaris saying He didn t have any man like qualities or attributes that will show that He has came to us as a man. In what ways is Christ in his humanity an example to you? He is an example to me in a way that Love will and can conquer all. Also, being led by the Father leads you in the right direction, give you knowledge and wisdom to do or say. The American health care system ranked last out of 10 other developed countries systems, including Australia, Germany, Canada, France, Sweden, New Zealand, Norway, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, in a survey by the Commonwealth Fund in 2014 (Hellmann). Countries received ranks according to several factors, like access to a physician or quality of care (Hellmann). Also, preventative care can help a patient avoid the top 9 out of the 10 leading causes of death in America (Fox and Shaw 1). In fact, proper and recommended preventive care services could save an estimated 100,000 American lives (Fox and Shaw 1). Unfortunately, only 3% of America s gargantuan healthcare expenditures goes toward preventive care while America spends a ridiculous 75% of those expenditures treating preventable diseases ( Health Reform ). The necessity of preventive care is obvious, which is why the ACA mandated that, by 2018, all health insurance plans include coverage for preventive care services (Riggin 31). Currently, the ACA requires a large amount of health insurance plans to cover preventive services without charging a deductible or copay (Fox and Shaw 1). Additionally, individuals who became eligible and enrolled in Medicaid because of the ACA expansion will have access to a large selection of preventive services, and will not pay copays or deductibles for certain services deemed essential (Fox and Shaw 2). However, it has been shown in the past that making abortion illegal would not stop abortion and neither would it stop the death rate from abortion. There s a chance that the death rate will only rise. In addition, banning abortion would not only take away a woman s right to control her own life and health, but also force women to go through with a pregnancy they are unprepared for. People from each side of the argument can agree that abortion can be prevented, but a woman should not be forced to have a child when she is not prepared for it. • 37. The Cause Of Global Warming Human activities is the cause of Global Warming Global warming is an on going issue that exists and affects the entire globe. It is defined as the increase in the overall temperature of the Earth s atmosphere. The science behind global warming explains its occurrence as incoming sun radiation in the form short waves is transmitted to the atmosphere. Then the Earth s surface absorbs the radiation. Once the radiation is absorbed it is converted into long wave radiation, which takes about two to three hours; after its conversion the surface emits long wave radiation back to space. However, some of the long wave radiation gets reradiated back since it is not able to pass through the atmosphere due to the weakness of the long waves. Green house gases such as water vapor, carbon dioxide, ozone, and more then absorb the reradiated radiation causing the Earth to warm, which is known as the green house effect. The intense warmth of the Earth s surface has lead to global warming. Despite, global warming being a global issue it is also a controversial issue. Since scientists are unable to come to an agreement upon the real cause of global warming. The scientific realm is a divided spectrum, where one side such as the International Panel on Climate Change argues, that cause of global warming is due to anthropogenic activities, which have caused the significant increase in the concentration of green house gases. • 38. Mining Control And Reclamation Act ( Smcra ) Essay Dirty energy production in the United States has disastrous environmental impacts thanks to a broken regulatory system. Environmental devastation from coal extraction is unmatched. The most popular form of coal mining is mountaintop removal mining, a form of surface mining which removes mountaintops to reach coal. The popularity of mountaintop removal mining is due to the cost effectiveness of the process; unfortunately, the only one saving on costs is the miners, and at the expense of the environment. Deforestation; harm in aquatic communities; accelerated sediment and nutrient transport; increased algal production, as well as possible human health impacts from poorly regulated remediation requirements by SMCRA, results in gross environmental degradation. This essay proposes an amendment to section 515 (the approximate original contour requirement) of SMCRA; restoration should require the reclaimed area to have the same environmental utility it had prior to the mining operation. A brief overview of mountaintop removal mining and mine remediation processes will be provided at the outset of the essay. Further, the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act (SMCRA) will be explained in regards to mountaintop removal mining remediation. The aforementioned is supplemented by a brief explanation of other related regulations. Lastly, judicial precedent will be used to verify the utility of the proposed amendments to SMCRA. The positive environmental impact that would result if the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 39. The Time Of Time Management Riviera Sperduto s Time Diary reflection Time Management: Time management has been both not an issue for me and also a very big problem that I have been trying to work on through this semester. This is currently my 3rd semester in college but by far it has been the hardest. I decided that I wanted to ease myself back into school this year after not having a good spring semester last year. I only have 14 credits, but some of those are 1 credit courses for choir ensembles that we learn so much music in and also had a lot of gigs lined up I also knew that I would have to work for a good amount of time from my week I just didn t know exactly how much because I didn t know how much money I would need. Well after discovering that I would have to completely pay for all of my own bills out here while going to school I started working on average 35 hours a week for half of September, all month in October, and half of November. I was working so much and I just felt so stressed out. Sometimes I just had to stop doing everything and relax by playing video games or hanging out with people on the occasional day off during the week I would get. I was barely keeping up with everything and I didn t feel happy at all. I never once felt a release from any of the stressors I was facing and I always felt so behind on work. I felt like I just had to choose which class was my priority for the moment and just focus on that project or study for the midterm that s coming up that week. Now, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
