• Forgery Collections: Proficiently assist other institutions with forgery claims Duties included making pay
decisions in accordance with policy, Process all incoming items exceeding 40,000 item bundles, calling
customers and or branches to verify validity of signatures, balancing general ledger. Signing authority far
cashier's checks. Proficiently verified incoming information on large items (over $2,500.00) for validity of
forgery claim. Accomplishment: Results oriented have led to significant customer satisfaction. Effective
performance has resulted in significant decrease in bank losses.
