We’re looking for a Technology consultant to join our Team!
What you’ll do
• You will work in the licensing programs for monetizing Deep Tech technologies
worldwide helping Fractus do things the right way, manage risks and creatively
navigate challenges
• Analyze patents, scientific papers, technical documents, …
• Develop and prepare technical arguments to defend patent validity
• Develop and prepare technical arguments to rebut non-infringement
arguments
• Business analytical activities to dimension potential market size, identify main
players, analyze business dynamics, …
• Maintain a solid understanding of third-party technologies and products
• Become deeply familiar with a diverse range of Deep Tech technologies

2. Qualifications
• University degree in Telecommunication Engineering (Master degree),
Industrial Engineering (Master degree), Physics, etc
• Reasonable level of understanding of intellectual property, particularly
relating to the process of patenting and patent law
• Having taken courses about patents as TAM would be a plus
