Managing and processing end to end payroll of more than 450 Employees in Oracle software (ERP) as well
as in manual Ms Excel.
Responsible for issuing new Employee code & Enrolment in Biometrics machines.
Maintaining and updating of Employee Duty Roaster, Shifts, Off Days, and Duty Timings on periodical basis in
System.
Monitor & reconciliation employee’s daily attendance discrepancies, Overtime sheets, leaves record on ERP
software for payroll purposes and ensure compliance with policies and submitting monthly report to Manager
HR after each payroll cycle.
Preparing and Processing of overtime, Advances & Loans of the employees.
