 Recruitment & Selection:
 Exploring the database/ web/ jobsites/ campus, etc. to recruit new talent.
 Organizing preliminary screening and short listing the right qualitative profile against the given
requirement of the resumes sourced through headhunting.
 Organizing final round of interview with Head-HR and departmental Heads.
 Maintaining excellent ‘resume to interview’ conversion ratio.
 Looking after Interview follow-ups and scheduling the interview to short list candidates.
 HR Operations
 Employee Joining formalities, Induction & Orientation.
 Initiating Background Verification of all the new employees.
 Providing employment verification details of ex-employees.
 Making full and final settlement for resigned employees.
 Cover the HR aspect of completing all the formalities like employment form, bank forms, PF
