Warner Bros would be the best company to distribute the author's film for several reasons. As a large conglomerate studio, Warner Bros has significant financial resources to widely distribute and market the film using various formats. They have successfully distributed many similar action/thriller genre films as well as franchises. Warner Bros also has experience distributing films to a global audience and exploiting new technologies like 3D and IMAX.
I created this presentation on Film distribution for my media A level, relating to the film opening I will be filming and attempting to distribute this year.
This slide is special for master students (MIBS & MIFB) in UUM. Also useful for readers who are interested in the topic of contemporary Islamic banking.

Synthetic Fiber Construction in lab .pptxPavel ( NSTU)
Synthetic fiber production is a fascinating and complex field that blends chemistry, engineering, and environmental science. By understanding these aspects, students can gain a comprehensive view of synthetic fiber production, its impact on society and the environment, and the potential for future innovations. Synthetic fibers play a crucial role in modern society, impacting various aspects of daily life, industry, and the environment. ynthetic fibers are integral to modern life, offering a range of benefits from cost-effectiveness and versatility to innovative applications and performance characteristics. While they pose environmental challenges, ongoing research and development aim to create more sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives. Understanding the importance of synthetic fibers helps in appreciating their role in the economy, industry, and daily life, while also emphasizing the need for sustainable practices and innovation.
A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Evaluation Question 3: What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?
1. WHAT KIND OF MEDIA
INSTITUTION MIGHT
DISTRIBUTE YOUR MEDIA
PRODUCT AND WHY?
By Elishia Selby
2. I found through my initial research that Warner Bros, Walt
Disney and Paramount pictures had conclusively been the
most successful distribution companies on ‘The Numbers’
website from 1995-2016 and considered having each of them
to distribute my film. However I also found that Paramount
Pictures haven’t distributed any recent high ranking movies,
meaning I leaned more towards Warner Bros. and Walt Disney.
3. In the UK I also looked at Vertigo films (a British independent film
company) distributing my film, due to their low cost and
successful techniques. E.g. the use of Web 2.0 (interacting) where
they have set up Facebook and Twitter pages, and place their
Trailers on YouTube for other fans to see. This is successful
because their younger target audiences (similar to mine) are
stereotypically most likely to be using social media and are
therefore easily reached. However, because they don’t have lots
of money to go spending, there are many limitations as to what
they can do in regards to distribution. They also can’t afford to
lose money as they could quickly become bust. This is why I have
decided to lean more towards a conglomerate film companies, as
they will be able to offer my film more opportunities and
therefore could potentially bring more money to the table.
4. I found that Disney often aims their products at families and younger audiences such as children
(especially on their TV shows, theme parks etc.) Many people connote Disney as more of a
children’s film company, although they have distributed many successful films for an older
audience, they are more focused on the younger generations. Touchstone Studios is a studio
created and owned by Walt Disney in 1987 so that they could release more darker, older, violent
films, something you wouldn’t expect to be released by Disney, for young adults or teenagers in
order to attract a wider market. For example ‘Bridge of Spies’, ‘The Tempest’, ‘Step up 3D’ etc.
5. For example one reason would include
the fact that they are very well known to
many people globally, which would
increase the chance of the correct
audience (Young adult males) being
reached as well as other potential
markets too, such as families. They are
also a conglomerate company who is
vertically integrated meaning that they
own other companies which can aid in
distributing my film, it also means
therefore that they have more money
and opportunities for a variety of
methods in successfully distributing my
film. They have also distributed many
films with a similar genre to mine (Action
Thriller) which have been big successes
such as Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes,
and The Dark Knight etc.
I have made the final decision of having Warner Bros distribute my film
for a variety of reasons.
The Dark Knight is top 3 and 4 of top grossing movies 1995-2016, which was distributed by Warner
Bros, therefore proving my point of them being a successful and reliable company to distribute my
film.
6. Warner Bros are also very well up to date with digital technologies, due to having the money in order to
update and install new equipment. They have opportunities for exhibiting their films in 3D and IMAX now,
which potentially makes it a better experience for the audience to watch the film and attracts them to
watch it in the cinema rather than just waiting for it to come out on DVD. They also have the potential to
release their films on a variety of formats (DVD, Blu-ray, 3D, Downloads, Amazon, and Netflix etc.) because
sites like this want their films on their websites due to their popularity and success rate.
7. There is also opportunity with Warner Bros for a wider market and wider release of my film
within cinemas due to them having the money and studios to do so. This could again
potentially increase the overall gross box office as more audiences would have access to a
cinema near them to watch the film, if they so desired to. The fact that they have all the
experience and the market would also help to market and distribute my film successfully.
8. Warner Bros also seem to have a common theme of creating franchises, e.g. Harry
Potter, dark knight etc. This could again bring more potential to the table for my film
to create franchises.
