A review of
Eyewitness Memory for a Simulated Misdemeanor Crime: The Role of Age and
Temperament in Suggestibility
The reviewed article is about a study in which children of two different age groups,
and a group of adults were asked general to specific questions and misleading
questions in an interview to see if the timing of the misleading questions and
temperament affected the quality of the witness s testimony. The researchers
hypothesized that the use of misleading questions by interviewer s causes the witness
to unwittingly incorporate false information into their testimony.
Method
Participants There were 90 middle class participants, mostly Caucasian, in three
different age groups that participated in this study. The early elementary school
group consisted of 16 boys and 14 girls age s six to seven. The late elementary
school group consisted of 16 boys and 14 girls age s nine to 10. The adult group
consisted of six men and 24 women ranging from 17 to 29 years old, all of which
were currently attending a public Midwestern university. Three early elementary
school children, six late elementary school children, and six adults were disregarded
from this study because they did not complete the second interview. The children
who participated were recruited from university staff and from local preschools and
elementary schools with parental consent. The adults that were recruited were drawn
from two undergraduate psychology classes and were given either class or research

Dynamic Gait Index Multiple sclerosis is the disease of the central nervous
system. Most of the people suffering from it have the problem with walking, with
characteristics like slower rate, decrease length and dynamic balance. Surveys
demonstrate that more than 50% of people diagnose with MS have had falls at any
point and is a recurrent dangerous problem. For that purpose, walking, balance and
risk for fall test are performed as a part of their rehabilitation, and it is an inevitable
tool for planning individualized treatments. However, there are some risks
connected with it and they should be measured. The article studies multiple
sclerosis and Dynamic Gait Index as a tool for evaluating walking and risks of
falls during rehabilitation among people with this disease. There were 81
participant and eight tasks with 0 to 3 points to each in a scale of 4, were 0 meant
severe impairment and 3 as a normal walking with out an assistive device, total
score 4. The DGI consists of 8 items: walking on level surface, walking when
changing speed, walking with horizontal head turns, walking with vertical head
turns, walking with pivot turn, walking with stepping over obstacles, walking

audience that his claim is correct through a relatively balanced use of the use of the
three Aristotelian appeals pathos, logos, and ethos, he gives specific facts and
examples to show his audience how his claim has worked for history s greatest

and parallelism to strengthen his argument. With the use of these different
techniques, Sinek is able to successfully persuade his audience to adopt his claim.

Women Are White, All the Blacks Are Men, But Some of Us Are Brave. Having
this idea of problematic predisposition to treat race and gender as mutually
exclusive entities in mind, I would like to review Angela Davis s book entitled
Women, Race, and Class , and compare my findings to Kimberle Crenshaw s
groundbreaking article that we have read in class, where she famously terms the
idea of intersectionality. I will start with the examination of similarities between
Davis s and Crenshaw s arguments regarding the erasure of the Black women s
experiences in social sciences and feminist writings, and will also point out the
additional consideration of class that Davis brings to the idea of intersectionality of
race and gender initially suggested by Crenshaw, and further discuss the triple
discrimination that Black women face on the fronts of race, gender, and class. My
main aim in the review of the two author s texts is to reveal the prevalent problematic

The Errors And Its Effects On The New Way Of View Life
The errors I am most guilty of committing frequently would be, filtering out the
positive, unreal ideal, and labeling. I never know the terminology for these habits
until now. When reading the article, I could picture scenarios when I committed these
errors.
I have tendency of labeling everything! When I first moved to America, labeling

According to my last service learning experience at ROOTS in 2014, the clients in
the shelter were mostly young male adults. The homeless people s age range in the
ROOTS are young, which is mentioned as ROOTS instruction with age 18 to 25.
The ethnicity in ROOTS are wide too, which includes whites, black, Latinos, and
very little of Asian. In the shelter, some of the people were unemployment and
some of the people has a job. Some people in the shelter exchange their life event

check on the health status on each client. However, based on my observation on
their appearance in the past, people were healthy in ROOTS and very few of

mostly looked nice and friendly to chat and play. The most common risk behavior
may be that some of the people may use some words of sexism to the female
volunteers. However, those clients in the shelter did not like to talk and would like to
avoid any type of communication. Therefore, the physical violent situation did not

English, even though several of them may not take English as their primary language.
