Cylindrical Roller Bearings
➢ There are several kinds of cylindrical roller bearings
available in the market. cylindrical roller bearings are
available in many designs, series and sizes.
➢ The cylindrical roller bearings have greater radial load
capacity. Cylindrical rollers are rigid in nature and allow
specialized bearing arrangements to support heavy
radial loads at spindle ends.
Cylindrical Roller Bearings Design
➢ A cylindrical roller bearing is ideal for use in high-load
applications. The product generally comprises outer
rings, inner rings with ribs, and solid brass cages.
➢ Cylindrical roller bearings can be dismantled so they are
easy to install and remove quickly. Cylindrical roller
bearings support little or no thrust.
Full Complement Bearings
➢ Cylindrical rollers have solid inner and outer rings with
ribs with maximum number of rolling elements that
have high capacity to handle radial loads as per the
requirements.
➢ Full complement cylindrical rollers are rigid in nature
and available in compact design to fit even in small
space.
Kinematic Motions
➢ As these rollers are based on Kinematic motions, so this
is not possible to achieve high speeds even with cages.
➢ They are available in single row and double row designs
as locating or non – locating bearings.
➢ Generally, Cylindrical roller bearings are manufactured
in single row designs which differ in the dispensation of
the flanges on every ring.

➢ There are 3 options are available for single row
cylindrical roller bearings with cage semi-locating,
locating bearings and non-locating.
➢ Inside diameter: 710 mm, 15 mm
➢ Geometry: Radial
➢ Other characteristics: with cage
Cylindrical Roller Bearing/single-row/low-friction
➢ The single-row, low-friction cylindrical roller bearings
are composed of solid outer rings with two ribs as well
as inner rings with one rib.
