2. Hub Unit Bearings
Ball Bearing
• Gen.1 Bearing
Easier assembly when compared to the single row (Gen. 0) bearings. As a unit, Gen 1 Ball Bearings
have higher durability and increased reliability.
Mainly used for driven automotive applications. Double row angular contact ball bearings with an
integral outer ring, a two-piece inner ring, balls, seals, cages, and grease.
Feature : Integral double row, greased, sealed and maintenance free.
Scope of application : Driving wheel, coupled driving wheel
Pros & Cons : Large dispersion of durability life(larger accumulated tolerance than
counterparts) / less stiffness
3. Gen.2 Bearing
As an integrated hub unit, Gen 2 Ball Bearings are easier to assemble, have higher durability and
increased reliability.
Mainly used for Non-driven automotive applications, it is composed of an outer ring with built in
integrated hub, two inner rings, balls, seals, cages, and grease.
o Feature : Integrated hub for outer ring
o Scope of application : Coupled driving wheel
o Pros & Cons : Ease of after-sales service / Low durability life owing to dispersion of screw
torques

4. Gen.3 Bearing
It has a hub made with an integral spline, so it improves ease of assembly, increases durability and
reliability. It can mount an ABS sensor and be used in both driven and Non-driven automotive
applications.
It has an integrated outer ring and an integrated inner ring, balls, seals, cages and grease.
o Feature : Inner ring integrated to hub shaft, outer ring flange to fix knuckle
o Scope of application : Driving wheel, coupled driving wheel
o Pros & Cons : Improved durability life, good stiffness, ease of after-sales service

9. Bearings for Transmissions
Bearings used for automotive transmission including tapered roller bearings, angular
angular contact ball bearings, and deep groove ball bearings. These bearings will be able
will be able to support radial directional / axial loads generated by gears and withstand
withstand lubricant contaminants.
Recently, to accommodate the requirements for improved fuel efficiency of automobiles,
automobiles, we are have begundeveloping bearings with low rotational torque and high
torque and high wear resistance and rolling contact fatigue strength.
10. Flanged Double-Row Tapered Bearings
These flanged bearings are used for transmission input shaft, and supports loads of radial
direction and biaxial directions and moment loads.
o A design optimized for high load suitable for high engine output
o Optimized lightweight flange design
o Special heat treatment to ensure long-life in contaminated environments

Bearings
11. Polymer Cage Tapered Bearing
Polymer cage tapered roller bearings are applied to output shafts and differentials. They support
loads of radial and axial directions and moment loads.
o Low torque for improved fuel efficiency
o Optimized design for reduced noise and weight
o Special heat treatment for long life in contaminated environments
Transmission
Bearings
12. Steel Cage Tapered Bearing
Steel cage tapered roller bearings are applied to output shafts and differentials. They support
loads of radial / uniaxial directions and moment loads.
o Optimized design for long life and high load
o Special heat treatment for long life in contaminated environments
Transmission
Bearings
13. Axle Bearings
Axle Bearings are used on both pinions and differentials for PTUs and both front and rear
axles. They support axial and radial loads, and prevent misalignment.
High Load Tapered Bearing
o Optimized design for pinion bearings, suitable for high-speed, high-load and
misalignment
o Low torque for improved fuel efficiency
o Special heat treatment for long life in contaminated environments
