DE Administrative Tools Learn how to manage users, customize access, and track usage with the new My Admin

Search for specific users
Manage Users – Import teachers and students with spreadsheet bulk upload Add individual users Archive users Shuffle users

Use Blocktime Editor to manage when users can stream and download media content on an Account or Site level
Network Manager is software that can be installed on a central computer at a school or school district.  The software will allow teachers to schedule content to be downloaded at off-peak times.  Once the video has downloaded to the computer running Network Manager, it becomes playable from that computer over your Local Area Network (LAN).
 
The User Roster report allows administrators to pull the user rosters by account and site(s). 
Administrators can view usage snapshots of their account or site.
Select account, site, user from the My Reports menu. Accounts with multiple services can filter the reports by DE service or run reports for all services. Select the time frame. Chose the report format or save the report for easy access in My Report.
Usage Reports Usage reports can be viewed in your web browser or downloaded as a PDF document, CSV spreadsheet, or in Rich Text Format.
 
Admins can exclude specific titles on Account, Site, and User levels.
 
Import all students with bulk import.

Process for First Time Students Students log into Discovery Education to view assigned content, track progress on completed assignments and assessments, and access bookmarked content through My Content. Student is asked if they are over or under 13 years old Student is directed to the appropriate spot depending on the answer Students.DiscoveryEducation.com
