LMS is a sophisticated state-of-art learning management tool which fulfils the learning and training management needs of corporates and institutions by hosting a diverse set of domain specific e-learning courses, engaging learners and assessing them to improve the performance. Online Assessment Workflow Contd… ➢ Create Online Quiz to assess the knowledge gained by trainees through easy to make & easy to attempt Quiz format. ➢ The answers are pre-fed in system, thus enabling real time result & tracking of scores. ➢ The Trainees/ employees also get hold of their weak areas with option to review & learn the correct answers.
Online Assessment Workflow Contd… ➢ The assessment results are available immediately after the test is finished ➢ These tests can be used for pre-training checks and for post-training certifications ➢ The training reports can be available as per location, subject matter user group and other selected criterion ➢ Themed assessments or game-based training content can be created for some parts where high encouragement and engagement is required.
