1. Online Course Management System
Introduction:
Online course management software are used in colleges and universities for
helping students and instructors to get in touch from any location. Students from
different branch can register with application and submit works and get grades.
Main form consists of three options students, instructor and admin. Each user
will have different permissions. Admin can update student information,
instructor information, course details, assigning courser to students can
instructors. Student can check available courser and join that courser and select
instructor and submit home work and view grades. Instructor can take course
and view home works submitted by students and pick student home work and
student from list to give grades for submitted work. Without direct interaction
with instructors students can take course and update home work given by
instructor and get grades. Students from different departments can use this
application by selecting available courses from the list and instructors. Students
from any location can take course and instructors can give grades to students
from any location. This application is web based application which will save
time for students and instructors
ABSTRACT
The main aim of the developing this project is to provide live interactive virtual
classroom site for online course importing affordable learning. This web
application gives an opportunity to the students to get advantages of
personalized learning. It offers course modules, assignment & performance tests
to master the subject. The main objective of delivering one of the most
technologically advanced qualities online tutoring platforms

2. EXISTING SYSTEM:
Offline education has been a part of our education system for as long we can
remember. In the existing system, we can store all the record manually that
require large manpower & place to store all the records this system was carried
out through a manual process.
DISADVANTAGES:
It leads to following disadvantages.
 Manual process.
 Maintenance of records is difficult.
 Chance of occurrence of errors.
 Involves large amount of paperwork.
 Slow updating & renewal of data
PROPOSED SYSTEM
Automated To overcome the disadvantages of the existing system we proposed
the online system. The best technology learning tools such as video lectures,
group chats, multimedia presentation & interactive software are used by us to
provide online education. This application introduce all types of question papers
and solutions regarding the course It also provides an audio lecture for each
subject.
ADVANTAGES
 The automated system is time-saving and better performance than the
manual based system.
 Students are encouraged to think critically & support their opinions.
It supports the learning style of both audio and visual learners
class time is not wasted.

Administrator module :
This module will provide two types of login one is staff login and
one is student login. It also provides list of colleges to these two users who
are going to learn through distance education. It also maintains the details of
these two users.

4. This module having separate registration. He can also change his
details and maintain their own identity. It also provides to view the list of
colleges and corresponding courses.
Student module :
This module having separate registration. He can also change his
details and maintain their own identity. It also provides to view the list of
colleges and corresponding courses and select whatever college he wants to
join.
Course module :
This module will provide the various types of courses to the
users. It also provides the eligibility for the course and course details and
examination fees. It also provides the course syllabus to the users.
