This document describes a dynamic web application created for KV Sunderbani school. The application allows the school to manage content, upload results and notices, and provides facilities for online admission requests, assignment uploads and downloads. It was created using ASP.net on the front end, MS SQL Server 2008 on the back end, and Visual Studio 2010 for development. The application has separate modules for content management, results, assignments, admissions, and notifications. Screenshots of the interfaces and data flow diagrams are also included, along with potential future enhancements.

It is a complete college management software containing 18 modules which works in integration to computerize all functions of college. It helps to manage functions like fee submission, library, hostel management, canteen, payroll and many other function. It helps management to regularise college functions and focus on greater ROI, time management, resource utilization, saves money and helps in mature planning.
The software is made for different users of the college processes. This includes roles like accountant, librarian, canteen manager, students, college staff, people from management position, parents etc. Each of these roles have something to access and use from Acumen.
This software does more than the record keeping. Through its integrated modules, the data and information flows in the entire system thus making available all the dependent data or information to all others who need it.
The interfaces are user-friendly which helps its users to use the system without much if and buts.

university can keep tracking with its graduates. Except for communication between university
and its graduates, the information system should allow communication between graduates
themselves and their personal presentation in public. The system also should collect actual
information about working experience of graduates, which can improve faculty credits and
teaching process. The presented information system includes all these points and focuses on
usability and comfortable user interface. The aim of this project is to build an Alumni
management system online dashboard.the project manages the fresh as well as old graduate
students with their respective information in actively participating in making registering,
searching, managing the alumni information for sharing their expertise, network, jobs

SmartPoly is secure and easy to use communication platform that empowers teacher and students. Android college management system is an android application which is helpful for students as well as the colleges. In the existing system all the activities are done manually. We know that the traditional method of fee payment is quite troublesome. There are several students who use bank payment process, but this is a time-consuming process. Those parents who live in other villages or cities, have to travel long distance only for paying the fees of colleges. So, to overcome this problem we have developed this online fee payment system, in this system we can pay the fees online without going to the college bank. This process is easy as we can directly transfer the amount from our account to the college bank account. This student payment system has two modules namely the user and the admin. Admin has access to manage students’ details, college details, view pending fees and paid fees
2. INTRODUCTION
This project has been developed for KV Sunderbani. This website provides
information about the school and the various activities that are going on in the
school.
This website enables the school to update their content on regular basis. It
also allows the students to upload their Assignments online. This website has
admission online request facility by which the parents/students can request for
admission in the school. This website provides the information about the TC
details of the students. This website also has a Result online Facility by which
the students/parents can check the result online.

4. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
The first and foremost objective of the project was to develop a Dynamic
Content management System for the KV Sunderbani School.
Result of the students should be available online.
Assignment Download facility to the students should be available.
Assignment upload facility for the students should be available.
Online Admission request facility to the parents/students should be available.
Online Notices display facility for the school.
5. Details of Different Modules of the System:
The website has been designed in a modular manner. There is a
separate module for every function of the System. There are five main
modules in the website.
I. Content Management System for the Website.
II. Result uploading Facility.
III. Assignment Uploading/Downloading Facility.
IV. Online Admission Request Facility.
V. Online Notification Facility.
6. Description of different Modules:
Content Management System:
This website contains a Dynamic CMS by which a simple computer literate
person can update, modify and delete the data in the website whenever required.
This system contains an RTI Interface which gives an illusion to the admin
that he is working on Word pad.
Result Uploading facility:
This module helps in entering the detail of the marks secured by the student in
different subjects.
The student can view his marks by selecting his class, section and roll no.
provided on the Result page.
7. Assignment Uploading/Downloading facility:
This section works in two parts.
I. Firstly the teachers can upload the assignments online. The format in which
the assignments can be uploaded are .pdf and .jpeg.
II. Second section is for the students in which they can upload the assignment.
The required format in which they can upload their assignments is .docx or
.doc
Online Admission Request Facility
This module of the website helps the students/parents to upload their required
information for seeking admission in the school.
The required information gets stored in the E-mail of the school. The school
has both the hard copy details and soft copy details of the student.
8. Notice Section:
This section allows the admin to upload new notices on the website.
The user can view the notices online. By clicking on the notice he can view the
required details regarding the notice.
23. FUTURE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
You can’t put a full stop to human thinking. The system that has been
designed in such a way that future modifications can be done easily.
In future, the whole database of the Website will be linked with the KV
Sangathan, India. This facility will be beneficial to students/parents as
they will not have to repeat the process of Admission again in case of
Transfer from the school.
There is also a scope of Online Learning System for the students in
future.

Site is best viewed in chrome, Mozilla Firefox but less efficient in IE below
