costume prop actors

1. ACTORS:
Madeline: Francis Lynn
Eve: Jemima Beale
I have chosen these two people to play my protagonists because they
both study Drama and Theatre Studies A-Level. This would be
beneficial for me because of their knowledge from their studies
would allow them to use their practices when acting in my piece.
Furthermore they are used to working with scripts, being directed by
others and becoming in depth with characters. This can work to my
advantage as they can learn scripts quickly, and become more
connected with characters to give a better performance within the
piece. Additionally, I chose these characters because they are of the
right age to play these parts which means they are of relevance in the
piece. Finally, I believe that because Jemima and Francis are friends
their already formed relationship between them can help them to
connect in character and their friendship can help show the rapport
between Madeline and Eve.
COSTUME:
In my film opening there are are going to be many different scenes to
show the passing of time and the growing friendship between the
characters. This means that there are going to have to be 4 different
costumes for each character. These costumes have been chosen
because they fit each characters personality and they are relevant for
the time period (the present day)

1 longboard
(In scene one both of the protagonists
are skating.)

3. 2 bicycles
(In scene three, Maddie and Eve are cycling through the forest.)
1 laptop
(In the fifth and final scene, the most informal scene, the pair are
watching a film on a laptop.)
